It was a bit of a faff, and so I ended up giving up trying to reach a real human.
A better system is employed by 10CRIC, which cuts out AI intervention and allows you to speak to a live agent as long as you are logged into your account. 10CRIC also offers a telephone option unlike Lucky Spins, so it would be nice if this was available too.
Email is a good option, though. This will be an easy method for most players and I got a reply within the day.
