Who can become a member?
Any Casino.org user can sign up as a member, as long as they’re of the legal gambling age in their region. Please check your local laws before signing up.
Currently, membership and its features are only available in English language. We will be expanding the language availability in the future.

Why is Casino.org sending me marketing emails?
We will only send you emails if you have opted in for Commercial Communications upon sign-up. You can unsubscribe by following the link in the email itself. Alternatively, turn off emails at any time by logging into your account and going to My Profile. You can also edit your preferences if you only want to keep receiving a certain type of email from us.
I am unable to log in to my account, who do I contact?
If you are having any trouble with login, first check that you are entering your password correctly. Your username is also case sensitive, so make sure it is input correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please contact us at email@example.com.
I have forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?
At the login screen, click or tap on the ‘Forgot Password?’ text. Enter your email address in the box and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. You don’t need your username to log in, you can use your email address. Check what your username is in the My Profile section, once logged in.
How do I change my personal details?
Log in to your account and go to My Profile. Press the button labelled EDIT. From here, you can update your username, email address and password. Remember to press the SAVE button when you are done.
How do I cancel my membership or delete my account?
To cancel and delete your account, you need to get in touch with our team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, all you need to do is provide your username, and the email your account is associated with. It would be helpful if you could also provide some feedback on why you want to cancel your membership.
Are there any hidden fees for members?
No. There are no fees for membership and there never will be. Casino.org will always be a free resource for all players, whether a member or not. The only difference is that non-members don’t get a chance to win fantastic prizes and make the most of the special features.
Will my data be shared with third parties if I become a member?
As for entering Competitions, your personal data will be collected and processed by Casino.org. It is stored on our database and used for the administration of our ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the competition.
Some data may be collected and stored by our business partners involved in the provision of the Casino.org Competition games featured within membership.
How do I claim my prize if I win a competition?
If you win a prize, someone from Casino.org will be in touch by email within five working days of the draw closing. They will verify the prize you have won and explain how to claim it by email.
You might have to share your address details for delivery if the prize is physical (a tablet for example), or it might be sent you to digitally by email (a voucher for example). We recommend that anyone wishing to enter a competition checks out our terms of service.
