“As someone who’s lived on a bus and toured from city to city for more than half my life, having a Vegas residency has been such a fun change of pace creatively,” Lambert, 40, said in a statement. “The band and I are excited to keep this party going!”

Lambert’s final Vegas dates are now March 20, 33, 23, 27, 29, and 30, and April 3, 5, and 6.

Tickets for the added shows go on sale to the public Friday, December 8 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster. Fan club members will have access to a presale starting Tuesday, December 5 at 10 a.m. PT.

U2 Makes it an Even 40

U2 has also added a new finishing line to its “U2:UV” residency, the Sphere behind the Venetian. The series will now conclude on February 23-24 and March 1-2.

That brings the total show to 40, which hardcore fans will recognize as the title of a song the Irish band closed most of its 1980s concerts with.

Tickets for the final four shows are available now to U2.com subscribers. The general on-sale begins Dec. 8 at 11 a.m. PST through Ticketmaster.

Whoa Nelly (and TLC), a Free Show!

Nelly and TLC will welcome fans to the first-ever NBA In-Season semifinals and championship in Las Vegas on Thursday, December 7.

The Grammy winners will perform in Toshiba Plaza outside T-Mobile Arena between the two semifinal games. Their performance will be taped as part of a new TNT reality TV competition called “The Sum: All-Star Music Battle.”
