Celebrity Chefs Announced for $8,400-per-head Bellagio Fountain Club at F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix

The Bellagio Fountain Club will return for the 2026 F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix with a stellar lineup of celebrity chefs and bartenders from Nov. 19-21, 2026.

MGM lists a returning core group of chefs this year: José Andrés, David Chang, Mario Carbone, Jean‑Georges Vongerichten, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, and brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. Several have participated since the first year of the race and are expected to reprise or adapt dishes that proved popular with guests, including caviar‑focused plates from Mina and collaborative brisket offerings from Vongerichten and Morimoto.

The roster also expands with a number of new names. Executive chef Eleazar Villanueva will represent Joël Robuchon, the two‑Michelin‑star French restaurant at MGM Grand. San Francisco chef David Nayfeld will participate from Che Fico, a World’s 50 Best Discovery honoree.

TV‑competition winners Maneet Chauhan (Food Network’s Tournament of Champions), Rhoda Magbitang (Top Chef 2026), and Britt Rescigno (Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay) are also confirmed. Japan’s Yoroniku, another World’s 50 Best Discovery restaurant, will join the lineup, as will Adept Hospitality’s Sushi Bar, which will offer an omakase experience served directly by the chef.

The cocktail program will feature drinks from bar pro Shingo Gokan, whose venue Sip & Guzzle was named North America’s No. 1 bar for 2026, along with New York City bars Superbueno and Schmuck, both recognized by World’s 50 Best Discovery. Additional participating venues include The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, Gymkhana at Aria, Zuma at The Cosmopolitan, and upcoming Bellagio restaurant The Corner Store.

The Fountain Club is structured as a multi‑tiered hospitality space with trackside views and food served from individual chef stations rather than a traditional sit‑down dinner. Guests move between stations where chefs prepare small plates and signature dishes throughout the evening.

Three‑night passes for the Bellagio Fountain Club start at $8,400 per person, inclusive of tax and fees, and are sold through MGM Resorts and Ticketmaster. Tickets include access to all chef and bar stations and viewing areas overlooking the race.

The venue has sold out for three consecutive race weekends since the Las Vegas Grand Prix launched.
