KISS — like pretty much every other band that has completed two farewell tours — isn’t done saying farewell yet. The cartoonish ‘70s hard rock band will perform for the first time in two years at “KISS Army Storms Vegas,” a 50th anniversary celebration of the band’s fan club set for Nov. 14-16 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

“This exclusive, ‘everything Kiss’ paradise marks the first time Kiss has performed together since retiring from touring in December 2023,” read an email sent to subscribers to the band’s official website.

The email, which specifies a performance without makeup, also touts a “special live performance from former KISS member Bruce Kulick.” Because of the wording, though, it sounds like just a solo appearance from the guitarist, who played with KISS from 1984 to 1996, not a reunion.

Diehard fans can also expect to kiss whatever money they have goodbye, as usual, as Live Nation’s Vibee will offer special Experience Packages including a three-night stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, unmasked photo with the band, access to the Kiss Unmasked live show, Q&As with members of Kiss, all Kiss Kontent panels and activities., a curated Kiss Army Storms Vegas gift, and signed poster.

Kiss Army VIP members will have pre-sale access starting 7 a.m. PT Thursday, March 27, followed by a presale for non-VIP Kiss Army members at 7 a.m. PT Wednesday, April 2. The unwashed general public won’t get their access until 7 a.m. PT Monday, April 7. Sign up for information here.

Taking it to the Limit One More Time

Speaking of refusing to quit as promised, the Eagles, who closed their “The Long Goodbye” tour 18 months ago, have added four more shows to their Sphere residency.

The Sept. 5, 6, 12 and 13 dates brings their residency’s total to 36.

At this point, with their proven box office record and cozy relationship with Sphere owner James Dolan, the Sphere is pretty much theirs for as long as they want to play it.

Tickets go on sale for the new dates at 10 a.m. PT Friday, March 28 here.

The shows are reportedly being filmed for a Sphere concert film, the globular venue’s second since U2’s underwhelming “V-U2.”
