- Las Vegas is getting its first members-only social club for millionaires and Hollywood A-listers
- Zero Bond at the Wynn began accepting membership applications today
- Ironically, the billionaire whose former residence provides the club’s space need not apply
Years ago, comedian Garry Shandling told a joke about entering a nightclub so exclusive, he opened the door to a private VIP room and found Jack Nicholson sitting all by himself. That’s the vibe of Zero Bond, the famous Manhattan social club Taylor Swift, Elon Musk, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper, Bill Clinton, Pete Davidson and J.Lo have all been photographed entering and exiting.
Today, ZB (what the in crowd calls it) began accepting membership applications for only its second location. It will open at Wynn Las Vegas later this year, which the world has known since Casino.org’s own Vital Vegas broke that news back in September 2023.

This is the first time an internationally known members-only club has ventured to the desert.
Who Might Get Accepted

“Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas seeks accomplished and refined individuals to join the community,” its website reads, adding: “We will only accept members that display a high level of integrity and demonstrate an ability to contribute to our Zero Bond community.”
So basically, they’re not saying. (By the way, ZB, the correct English is members who display…, not members that display. How’s that for a community contribution?)
It’s probably more useful to describe who won’t get in anyway…
If you balk at the membership cost, that includes you. It starts at $2,750 annually, plus $1,000 up front. (Though ZB’s website claims its application review committee does not “discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status, or profession,” we’re pretty sure these costs are the very definition of discriminating based on socioeconomic status.)
Technically, ZB isn’t committing ageism because grandpa can get in. But he’s just going to have pay more for the privilege. That $2,750 annual price (plus $1,000 up front) only applies for those under 28. If you’re over 45, you must cough up $4,400 a year (plus $5,000 up front).
And if those prices aren’t prohibitive enough for your taste, you can opt for what’s called ZB’s “founding membership.” That requires a one-time initiation of $50,000 and annual dues of $7,500. (We could tell you the benefits of that exclusivity level, but you’ll need to pay us $500 for that information, since you love throwing money away so much.)
One Man Who Needn’t Apply

Ironically, we’re pretty sure the billionaire for whom Wynn Las Vegas is named would not be accepted as a ZB Las Vegas member.
In fact, the disgraced former founder and chair of Wynn Resorts is probably pretty miffed that his former private residence on the Wynn Golf Course will provide most of the club’s space.
Steve Wynn’s 4,500 square-foot former “Fairways Villa” will now serve as a private hilltop clubhouse for ZB’s general members, featuring fine dining curated by three-time James Beard Award Foundation-winner Alfred Portale.
The adjacent Country Club Restaurant — which closed in 2018, the same year Wynn was booted from his residence and his career — will also be used. (If you haven’t read anything about Steve since 2018, Google him.)
General members can also enter The Salon, a riffraff-free space for conversations and cocktails with others who are also looking to connect with people wealthy enough not to have to share half their fortune with in the inevitable divorce.
And they can get to ZB Las Vegas via a provided private valet directly to the golf course. No walking through lowly casinos is required.
