Travelers passing through Harry Reid International’s C gates now have a new culinary escape. Located post-security in Terminal 1, the just-opened Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club is a 4,590‑square‑foot, two‑story dining showcase.

The menu — curated by Momofuku, the restaurant group founded by chef David Chang — features spicy cucumber salad, crispy nori potatoes, and Momofuku’s famous pork bun — all part of the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program.

Also available are Chase’s first-ever champagne parlor, a curated wine list from Parcelle, signature cocktails, and coffee service from Nevada-based Dark Moon Coffee Roasters.

Entry is reserved for Chase Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz‑Carlton Credit Card primary cardmembers (plus authorized users). Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve holders may bring two guests gratis, with extras at $27 each.

Red Rock’s Musical Dining Chairs

Coming to the Red Rock Resorts food court by spring 2026: the smash burgery With Love Always, and, as we previously reported, Randy’s Donuts and Good Pie.

Leaving will be the three similar but (at least in Red Rock’s vision) inferior versions: Fatburger (closing January 12) and Federal Donuts & Chicken and Side Piece Pizza (both closing January 2).

With Love Always was launched by Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan, founders of Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery, as a parking-lot pop-up in 2021 before going full brick-and-mortar at 6441 N. Durango Drive in Centennial Hills.

“Our brand has always been about Las Vegas, for the locals, by locals. Joining the Red Rock family allows us to serve a whole new part of the city we love,” Belcher said in a press release. “We can’t wait to bring our take on the classic smash burger to a community that values quality, comfort, and good food.”

As per Vital Vegas, survivors of the Red Rock’s musical dining chairs are (so far) Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Panda Express, Wingstop, and Rubio’s — the last three of which we didn’t even feel motivated to dignify with boldface.

Dining Ins & Outs

Morimoto, the decade-strong MGM Grand staple from “Iron Chef” star Masahura Morimoto, has reopened following a two-month design and menu refresh. In a statement from the property, Chef Morimoto said his renovated restaurant “harmonizes the soul of Las Vegas and Tokyo’s electric designs, buzzing streets and our shared love for the art of food.”
