A British businessman who bought Steve Wynn’s former Las Vegas mansion from the casino pioneer in 2022, has sold it three years later for only $100K more than he paid.

Simon Dolan — whose business interests include accounting, motor sports, aviation and public relations — sold the 15,000 square-foot property at 1717 Enclave Court for $17.6 million in June to an undisclosed party.
Built in 2001, the 1.5-acre residence dubbed “Museo” (Spanish for museum) features six bedrooms and 11 baths, a four-car garage, two gyms and 15,000 square feet of living space. It sits on the Tournament Players Club golf course in the Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin — on a block called “Billionaire’s Row” whose residents also include David Copperfield and Miriam Adelson.

Wynn paid $13 million for the structure in March 2018, after getting evicted from his 6,233-square-foot villa duplex at Wynn Las Vegas due to the sexual misconduct allegations that ended his career in gaming. Those allegations forced him to resign as Wynn’s chairman and CEO and sell his entire stake in the company that bears his name for $2.14 billion.
Dolan first listed the house for $24.5 million in early 2024, then dropped the price to $19.5 a few months later.
Wynn himself had similar problems getting the price he wanted. After listing the mansion for $25 million in 2020, he dropped the price several times until Dolan bit at $17.5 million.
Wynn, now 83, reportedly lives in Florida, in a $43 million beachfront mansion he purchased in August 2019 at 1960 S. Ocean Boulevard in Lantana.
Wynn’s Florida residence is a short drive from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club, often referred to as Trump’s Winter White House. Prior to his scandal, Wynn was a supporter of the Republican Party and was vice-chairman of Trump’s inauguration committee.
Wynn is still worth $3.7 billion, according to Forbes. which credits his wise real-estate investments.

Let's all break out our small violins and cry crocodile tears for him. Hopefully, Steve Wynn will join his old nemesis Sheldon Adelson in hell soon.
