Police officers found over two ounces of suspected methamphetamine (meth) and various ammunition on Saturday in a parking lot at California’s Win-River Resort & Casino.

The discovery led to the arrests of Edward Leroy Gravelle, 66, and Megan Marie Slack, 38, both of Redding, Calif., according to California TV station KNVN.
Shasta County Sheriff’s deputies said Gravelle’s name was on a post release community supervision (PRCS) list for being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, KNVN reported.
Gravelle was arrested for violating the PRCS regulations after deputies found the ammo, authorities said. He also was charged for possessing a controlled substance for the purpose of sales, and for a second drug charge. Slack was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and delaying/resisting deputies.
The Redding, Calif. casino is located some 157 miles north of Sacramento, Calif.
