  • Table 34 and Bramàre, two prominent off-Strip Las Vegas restaurants, have suddenly closed
  • Both are co-owned by Evan Glusman, the man arrested on April 26 for threatening to shoot up his father’s Las Vegas restaurant, Piero’s

In the latest twist in the old school-style Vegas drama gripping the town’s restaurant industry, both Table 34 and Bramàre have suddenly closed.

The news comes two weeks after the co-owner of both restaurants, Evan Glusman, was arrested on charges of threatening to shoot up Piero’s. That’s the Italian restaurant founded by his father.

Freddie Glusman fired his son as Piero’s operating manager after he allegedly committed fraud by taking out a $1.5 million loan against the restaurant last September, according to Evan’s arrest report.

Both Table 34 and Bramàre are owned by Batch Hospitality, the company Evan Glusman formed with fellow restaurateur Constantin Alexander in 2019.

In June 2022, the partners purchased Table 34 from Wes Kendrick, who founded the casual American eatery in Henderson in 2004. Last July 12, they opened Bramàre Inspired Italian at 3900 Paradise Road.

The notice on Table 34’s website says it’s permanently closed, stating that, “after years of sharing meals and memories, Table 34 has served its final plate.” The notice goes on to thank its “guests, partners, and neighbors” and direct accounts payable and billing inquiries to an email address.

Evan Glusman’s Batch Hospitality opened Bramàre in July 2024.

The notice on Bramàre’s website describes its closure as “a brief pause,” adding that the owner/s “hope to serve you again soon” and promising, “we’ll share reopening news as soon as we have it.”

It also displays the same message about accounts payable and billing inquiries.

Glusman was arrested April 26 and booked on suspicion of making a threat or conveying false information about acts of terrorism and harassment.

The night before, according to his arrest report, he texted a Piero’s manager: “I hope you realize I’m drinking and I’m going home to get a gun and fucking kill them in the middle of Piero’s.”

Glusman, 46, is free on $20K bail and due back in court on May 29.
