Revenue for the quarter increased 18% year-on-year to $684 million during Q2 2026, up from $579 million a year earlier. The company attributed the growth primarily to stronger performances across Africa and Europe.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 30% from $157 million to $204 million. The company’s adjusted EBITDA margin also expanded from 27% to 30%. Super Group reported a profit of $123 million, compared with a $3 million loss during the same quarter last year.

“The second quarter generated record performance across Super Group, marking all-time highs in revenue, adjusted EBITDA, deposits, and wagering,” CEO Neal Menashe said.

Super Group raised its full-year revenue guidance from more than $2.55 billion to above $2.6 billion. Its adjusted EBITDA forecast was increased from more than $680 million to above $710 million.

Shares in the company rose almost 2% on the news and are up close to 60% over the last six months.

CFO Alinda van Wyk said the results demonstrated the “quality” of the business, with record revenue, profitability, and cash generation.

“This underscores our strong operational performance, disciplined market expansion, and the inherent leverage of our platform,” she added.

Betway Becomes Manchester United Partner

The results arrived alongside a multi-year agreement between Betway and Manchester United. Betway will become the club’s Principal Partner and Exclusive Global Betting Partner from the beginning of the 2026-27 season.

The agreement represents Betway’s largest football partnership to date. Its logo will appear on the training kits of Manchester United’s men’s and women’s teams, as well as around Old Trafford and the Progress with Unity Stadium.

The partnership will also provide safer gambling and betting-integrity resources to Manchester United players, employees, and supporters.

“We are thrilled that our Betway brand will be the Principal Partner and Exclusive Global Betting Partner of one of the world’s biggest football clubs,” Menashe said.

“Manchester United’s global reach, particularly with their massive fanbase across Africa, aligns perfectly with our key markets.”

The focus on training apparel comes as Premier League clubs implement their voluntary gambling sponsorship ban. From the 2026-27 season, betting brands cannot appear on the front of matchday shirts.

Clubs collectively agreed to the measure in 2023 following discussions involving the Premier League and the UK government. The restriction does not extend to training kits and shirt sleeves.

Manchester United Chief Business Officer Marc Armstrong said the scale of the partnership reflected the club’s growth strategy and continued global appeal.

“Betway are a world-renowned brand with significant presence across world sport,” Armstrong said.

“We look forward to working together to help accelerate their global ambitions and create new opportunities to bring supporters closer to Manchester United.”
