A Pennsylvania man recently won almost $937K while playing Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia.

Pete Mitchell of Narbeth, Pa. won the record-setting jackpot of $936,996 with a royal flush on Memorial Day weekend.

The win is the largest progressive jackpot ever at slots or table games at the casino, according to Philadelphia TV station WTXF.

Mitchell had wagered $300, according to local news reports.

Live! Casino is owned and operated by an affiliate of the Cordish Companies.

Close to $2.2M Won on Aria Slot

A lucky slot machine player won $2,198,173 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday.

The mystery winner hit the jackpot on a Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Gold MegaTower slot machine, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Wheel of Fortune slots are made by IGT. The winner had wagered $7, an IGT spokesperson told the Review-Journal.

Grandpa Wins $556K at Chumash Casino Resort

An unnamed grandfather hit a $556,120 jackpot on May 25 at the Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, Calif. The payout was won on a bonus times progressive machine in a high-limit room, the casino announced on Friday.

The winner regularly plays that machine when he visits the casino, according to the Ventura County Star newspaper. He visits the gaming property about once a month.

The money was won on the man’s second spin during his latest visit. He wagered his money and then three 10s appeared.

The winner says he will use some of the money to buy a new car for his granddaughter, and that his other two grandchildren will get money for college tuition.

The casino is owned and operated by the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians.

Caesars Palace Multiple Jackpots
