- Caesars Sportsbook is set to take over operations of the iconic Westgate SuperBook ahead of the 2026 NFL season
- The partnership aims to preserve the SuperBook’s legendary atmosphere while expanding betting options to include Same Game Parlays, extensive in-play wagering, and 24-hour self-service kiosks
- This transition follows the departure of long-time executive Jay Kornegay and marks a major shift in the Las Vegas gaming landscape
Caesars Sportsbook will assume operation of the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook ahead of the upcoming NFL season, the companies announced Tuesday. Under the partnership, Caesars will integrate its wagering platform into the iconic venue while keeping the SuperBook’s long‑established identity and atmosphere intact.

The agreement links one of the most recognizable sportsbook brands in Las Vegas with one of the largest national operators, marking a significant shift in the city’s competitive sports‑betting landscape. It will bring a wider range of betting options — including Same Game Parlays, additional parlay formats, and extensive in‑play wagering across pro and college sports.
Caesars also plans to install self‑service kiosks throughout the property, offering faster, 24‑hour access to betting. Guests will be able to register for the Caesars Sportsbook app on site and use the company’s Universal Digital Wallet for deposits and withdrawals in participating markets. The wallet system allows customers to move funds across Caesars’ digital and retail platforms, a feature the company has been expanding nationwide.
“The Westgate SuperBook is one of the most recognizable sportsbook destinations in the world, and we are proud to partner with Westgate on the next chapter of its evolution,” Eric Hession, president of Caesars Digital, said in the announcement. “By powering the SuperBook with our sportsbook platform, we’re combining a legendary sportsbook environment with a modern betting menu and added convenience that reflects how sports fans want to wager today.”
The move comes roughly 17 months after Jay Kornegay stepped down following two decades as SuperBook’s VP of operations. Kornegay helped shape the SuperBook’s reputation for expansive wagering menus, its influential NFL SuperContest, and its status as a destination for serious bettors.
“Since opening in 1986, our SuperBook has been a defining part of the Las Vegas sports betting landscape,” Cami Christensen, president & general manager of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, said. “We are incredibly proud of that legacy and thrilled to partner with Caesars Sportsbook to take it to the next level, combining decades of history with innovation, scale, and an even more dynamic guest experience.”
The agreement is subject to approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission, which must review operational changes involving licensed sportsbook operators before they take effect.
