The casino resort, which is scheduled to open in early 2026 and is more than 60% complete, embraces Wynn’s standards of opulence and a rich portfolio of non-gaming amenities. Enclave ratchets up those propositions with an enhanced focus on “focus on privacy and intuitive service.” Wynn adds “exclusivity and intimacy” are hallmarks of Enclave.

Conceived as a supremely elegant, coastal mansion of rarefied tranquility and anticipatory service, the arrival to Enclave occurs via a private, guarded, and verdant entry drive that welcomes guests into an exquisite lobby available exclusively to in-residence Enclave guests,” said the gaming company in a statement.

Guests entering Enclave walk through a well-appointed processional gallery to get to elevators that take them to their suites, of which there will be no more than 15 per floor. The Enclave collection will feature six plans ranging from the 800-square-foot Enclave King Suites to the palatial lavish two-story Royal Apartments measuring 16,000 square feet.

Enclave Could Be Premier Addition to Wynn UAE Casino Hotel

Enclave is a potentially meaningful addition to Wynn Al Marjan Island for multiple reasons, not the least of which is the fact that the exclusive accommodations aren’t a gaming feature.

Previous estimates indicated the main casino would control just 4% of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s 5.6 million square feet, which is to say gaming isn’t central to the allure of the property. That’s par for the course with Wynn venues, which largely focus on amenities such as high-end eateries, entertainment, and plush accommodations for guests.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is the first regulated gaming venue in the Middle East and while there’s been talk of the property featuring two casinos, including one dedicated to VIPs, wagering isn’t the focal point. Rather, Wynn’s reputation for providing non-gaming attractions is what’s expected to be a driver of traffic to the UAE property and Enclave could accomplish that objective. Indeed, “exclusive” is the order of the day at Enclave.

“Another hallmark of the Enclave experience is its private reserve pool and beach setting along the East edge of the resort’s gardens. Here, Enclave guests will enjoy a commanding view of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s pristine shoreline and nightly sunsets in the Arabian Gulf’s western sky,” according to the press release. “Designed to accommodate a variety of experiences, ranging from quiet, secluded retreat to fun family gatherings, three pools and a private beach are situated within a verdant tropical setting of chic cabanas and private bungalows.”

More Enclave, Wynn UAE Details

Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,500 top-tier hotel rooms, nearly two dozen eateries, clubs, an entertainment venue, and other nongaming amenities aimed at luring guests to the property. Other guest accommodations include two Royal Apartments, four garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.

“Created and designed by Wynn Design & Development — the award-winning in-house powerhouse behind the brand’s global portfolio — Enclave’s design ethos is rich architecturally, yet relaxed and restrained to the senses, with an exceptional level of craft and artistry imported by Wynn Design from around the world for this singular new hotel address,” adds the operator.

By some estimates, UAE, when it fully ramps up, could be the fourth-largest gaming market in the world. Wynn Al Marjan will have a multi-year monopoly in the region because it’s expected to be several years before UAE regulators approve another casino hotel.
