VEGAS MUSIC NEWS: Oasis Confirms 3 Nights at Allegiant, Caesars Hails Alex Warren, Styx Returns

As predicted, Oasis will perform a three-night stand at Allegiant Stadium on Aug. 20, 21, and 24. Announced on Monday (Sept. 14) morning, these dates—and a three-night stand at Boston’s Gillette Stadium—will be the reunited ‘90s hitmakers’ only U.S. gigs on “Oasis Live ’27,” a predominantly European tour featuring 38 stadium shows that kick off in May.

“After a period of reflection ‘The Most Damaging Pop Cultural Force In Recent British History’ has declared itself fit for purpose and will once again return to lift the spirits of the people,” Oasis shared in a statement. “Come witness the fitness. It shall be a sight to behold.”

Historically, when Oasis has performed in Las Vegas, they played intimate spaces rather than arenas: the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay on Sept. 15, 2005, during their “Don’t Believe the Truth” tour, and The Joint at the former Hard Rock Hotel on May 11, 2001, co-headlining “The Tour of Brotherly Love” alongside the Black Crowes.

Tickets will go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday, Sept. 25 via Ticketmaster following registration at oasisinet.com. Fans must register at the same website for a lottery to purchase tickets before 8 a.m. PT Thursday (Sept. 17).

Fans who are successful in the ballot will then be sent a non-transferable code to access an allocated on-sale window at a scheduled time from Sept. 25-27.

Caesars’ TikTok Countdown to NYE

Alex Warren will become one of the only up-and-coming singers to get to make their Las Vegas debut headlining the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The 25-year-old singer‑songwriter is booked for two nights, Dec. 30 and 31.

Warren’s rise has been unusually fast by industry standards. After gaining visibility through the TikTok collective Hype House, he broke through in 2025 with “Ordinary,” a single that topped the Billboard Hot 100 for ten weeks and dominated Pop Airplay for 16. He also earned a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.

Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday (Sept. 18) via Ticketmaster.

Come Sale Away

Styx plans to sail back to the Venetian Theatre for its seventh annual run there, a five‑night engagement set for January 29-30 and February 3, 5, and 6, 2027.

Since debuting at the venue in January 2017, the classic-rock band has become one of The Venetian’s most reliable draws, anchored by a catalog that has sold more than 54 million albums worldwide.

The only remaining founding member of the Chicago-rooted band is guitarist/vocalist James “JY” Young, with original bassist Chuck Panozzo making appearances on some songs at some concerts. (Guitarist/vocalist Tommy Shaw didn’t join three years after Styx’s 1972 formation.)

The band fired original singer Dennis DeYoung—whose voice graced all the band’s 1970s hits—in 1999 due to creative differences and his health struggles with chronic fatigue and light sensitivity.
