Wynn Las Vegas’ newest upscale eatery, Cliff House Grill, will open to the public on Friday (Oct. 2).

The dining space and its adjacent terrace sit in the new clubhouse high above the 18th green, offering spectacular views of the course, its waterfall, and the Sphere.
Led by executive chef Patricia Gamez, the culinary program will feature breakfast (including Sticky Toffee Pancakes and 18th Hole Benedict), lunch (including salads and grilled wagyu sando) and late‑day small plates (including Bigeye Tuna Aquachile and queso blanco nachos).
Cliff House Grill will operate 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The full menu runs until mid‑afternoon, followed by small plates until closing. Visit wynnlasvegas.com.
New Circus Tentpole
Circus Circus has announced the names of the tenants of its overhauled food court, and you won’t recognize any.

That’s because all the concepts are original. However, despite the unfamiliarity of their names and logos, it’s not too difficult to figure out what they will serve. SunnyStart’s logo is sunny side-up eggs, and that’s the most difficult one. The others are Anthony’s Deli & Sandwich Co., Parkway Burger, Miliana’s Italian Kitchen, Dragon 88 Bold Asian Flavor, Chixies Chicken Done Right, and Salt & Batter Fish & Chips.
This summer, the clown evicted all tenants from its Big Top Food Court (including Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Pick Up Stix) when its operator, Feel Good Brands, went bankrupt after falling more than $2 million behind in rent.
The new concepts were all created by Tony Ravelo, whose Ravelo Brands already operates Chicho’s Tacos at Circus Circus without ever apparently making excuses about the rent check being lost in the mail.
Dining Ins & Outs
Luke Combs‘ Category 10 announced its opening date: Thursday (Oct. 15). Located at the Flamingo in its old Margaritaville space, the three-story venue will feature 800 seats, seven interior bars, two stages, a retail area, and a rooftop with Strip views.
Render Modern Kitchen will open on Oct. 1 at Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas.
The new Bojangles will open at the Linq Promenade, with a full bar and live entertainment, on Oct. 7, 2026.
Bang Bar, an offshoot of Momofuku that Chef David Chang opened at Cosmopolitan’s Block 16 food hall in 2021, will close there on Sunday (Oct. 4). Plans call for another concept by Momofuku and China Palace Group to replace it.
Yui Edomae Sushi in Chinatown, regarded by many as the finest sushi destination in Las Vegas, if not one of the best in the U.S., has closed.
