Court Orders ex-NFL Star Kroy Biermann to Pay $64K for Gambling Debt

Kroy Biermann has been ordered to pay more than $64,000 in gambling‑related debt tied to a 2021 trip to the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

The ruling caps a years‑long effort by Sky Warrior, the company that manages casino credit lines for Baha Mar, to collect on what it says Biermann borrowed and never repaid.

One Expensive Casino Trip

Sky Warrior originally sued Biermann in 2023, alleging he secured a $100,000 line of credit for the November 2021 trip and withdrew $52,500 in casino chip markers before leaving the property without settling the balance.

A court awarded Sky Warrior a $52,500 judgment, plus nearly $12,000 in legal fees and costs. The case was later domesticated in Georgia after being transferred from New Jersey, where Biermann was served late last month.

Baha Mar’s website has a section titled “Casino Credit,” stating that eligibility “requires completion of Baha Mar’s casino credit application and approval of the application by Baha Mar’s credit department.” The minimum credit line starts at $10,000.

The Game is Up

Problem gambling is an overriding theme in Biermann’s ugly divorce from his estranged wife, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak. In documents obtained and reported on by Radar Online, Biermann accused Zolciak of “spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance,” and asked the court to force her to submit to psychological evaluation.

The unhappy couple starred together in Don’t Be Tardy, an unscripted Bravo TV show chronicling their dysfunctional relationship that ran from 2012 to 2020. In Season 3, Zolciak admitted: “I took a really big hit in the Bahamas last time I went … like a quarter of a million dollars. A lot of money. Yeah, crazy, and I never went back.”

The pair separately filed for divorce in May 2023, after nearly 12 years of marriage.
