Kickstart those refunds, Mötley Crüe fans. The ’80s hair-metal band has postponed its residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM due a medical procedure ordered by singer Vince Neil’s doctor.

Originally scheduled for March 28 through April 19, it will now take place Sept. 12 through Oct. 3.
“To all the Crüeheads who were looking forward to see us this spring, I’m truly sorry,” Neil shared in a statement. “My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserve, and I can’t wait to return to the stage. Thank you for all the well wishes that keep reaching me. Your support means more than you know.”
Tickets from the original spring dates will be honored for the new September show dates. However, this is rarely a consolation in the case of Las Vegas concerts, most of which are attended by fans who plan expensive Vegas trips around it.
Though refunds for the tickets will also be available from point of purchase, refunds aren’t always available for flights and hotel accommodations, nor are rescheduled dates always doable.
Mötley Crüe’s new dates are Sept. 12, 13, 17, 19, 20, 24, 26 and 27, and Oct. 1 and 3.

What Plays in Vegas…
Alanis Morrissette is set for her first residency on the Las Vegas Strip this fall … and it’s at the house that Celine Dion built! The seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer will perform eight shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The dates are Oct. 15, 17, 18, 22, 24 and 25, and Nov. 1 and 2. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday, March 7 via Ticketmaster.
Pitbull has added two shows to his “Vegas After Dark” residency at Fontainebleau’s BleauLive Theater. Tickets for May 9 and 10 go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday, March 7, via fontainebleaulasvegas.com/entertainment/pitbull. Artist fans will have access to a presale beginning 10 a.m. PT Wed., March 5 via Live Nation, while Ticketmaster and Fontainebleau Las Vegas customers will have access to a presale beginning 10 a.m. PT Thursday, March 6.

Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band will be back at The Venetian Theatre on Sept. 17, 19, 20, 24, 26 and 27. Supplying a little help to the former Beatles drummer will be his fairly steady backline of friends Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart, Buck Johnson and Gregg Bissonette. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday, March 7 at Ticketmaster.com.
The Best Friends Forever festival, the emo and punk nostalgia party that debuted at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center last October, returns to the venue Oct. 10-12, bringing Jawbreaker, Rilo Kiley and reunions of Minus The Bear, Texas is The Reason and Knapsack. Two of the acts are a mystery for now, according to the question marks on the poster, one of which will co-headline. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. PT Wed., March 5 here.
