MGM Grand announced on Thursday (Oct. 22) that Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will open at the resort in early 2027 in the former Crush American Grill space.

The upscale eatery from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan previously operated at the Wynn, where it opened as a popup at Tableau in September 2024. It was originally advertised as running through early 2025, but was extended through January 2026.
Its new location will be a partnership between MGM Resorts, the Four Sixes Ranch, and Sheridan, who is an owner of the 260,000-acre cattle ranch.
“The arrival of the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of our guest experience, introducing a pillar of American heritage representing the vision of Taylor Sheridan and his brilliant team at Four Sixes,” Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality and development officer for MGM Resorts, said in the announcement.
At MGM Grand, the culinary program will feature ranch‑based recipes, prime‑grade beef, and signature cuts sourced from Four Sixes, with preparations rooted in Texas cuisine. The beverage program will include specialty cocktails, a curated wine list, and rare spirits.
The interior will incorporate digital walls displaying footage produced by Sheridan showing ranch landscapes. Production designer Charisse Cardenas, whose credits include Landman, Lioness, Madison, and American Sniper, will design the dining room.
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse is expected to open in early 2027, though no specific date was announced.
New Taco Bar Bell
Taco Bell will open a standalone Live Más Café this fall in a shipping container next to the Taco Bell Cantina at Harmon Corner on the Strip.
Unlike fast-food chain bar’s other locations, which operate inside select Taco Bells, the Strip version will function independently and serve beverages unique to Las Vegas. These include the Boozy Mountain Dew Baja Blast, made with Baja Blast and a chosen spirit such as tequila.
The menu will also feature Strawberry Passionfruit Refresca Rush, Cold Brew Cinnatini, and exclusive merchandise. The project is a partnership with Diversified Restaurant Group, operator of more than 360 Taco Bells and Arby’s.
Dining Ins & Outs
Picassa, an Italian bakery and café, will open in late November in the Fashion Show mall space on the Las Vegas Strip once occupied by Grimaldi’s Pizzeria and, for a short period afterward, by Ambrosia Café.
Penny’s Waikiki Malasadas, the Honolulu bakery famous for deep-fried doughnuts, is set to open momentarily at 8525 Blue Diamond Road, Suite 130.
A new Italian bistro called The Delmont will open next year in the former Henderson location of Tuscany Grill, which closed in July after more than 27 years on South Eastern Avenue.
