In 1993, Wynn paid $6.5 million for five acres in Incline Village on the Nevada portion of the lake. Then he built the house, which he named Old Forge. According to the Wall Street Journal, Wynn sold it for $17 million five years later.

The property is located on Lakeshore Boulevard, whose residents include Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, former junk-bond king Michael Milken, and tech billionaire Larry Ellison.

The 12,661-square-foot, four-bedroom house comes with a 1,500-square-foot, three-bedroom guesthouse, separate fitness, massage, game, and wine rooms, a theater, and a four-car garage.

Outside, the mansion boasts its own private beach with a deep-water pier, boat hoist, jet ski platform, and two buoys.

Wynn had a wall built around the perimeter for security after his daughter, Kevyn, was abducted at gunpoint from her Las Vegas condo in 1993.

Old Forge’s current owners are Nora Lacey, founder of biotech company Cell Marque, and her husband, pathologist Michael Lacey. The couple bought the Incline Village house for $31 million in 2017, setting a regional price record at the time.

Steve Who?

Wynn built the Mirage, the Bellagio, and then Wynn and Encore, transforming modern Las Vegas into a luxury destination in the process of making himself a billionaire.

In 2018, allegations of sexual misconduct were levied against him by dozens of women in a shocking investigation published by the Wall Street Journal. The accusations include sexual harassment, coercion, indecent exposure, and an alleged sexual assault case that Wynn paid $7.5 million to settle.

Wynn resigned as chair and CEO of Wynn Resorts in 2018. As part of his separation agreement with the company he founded in 2002, which still bears his name, he was evicted from a villa at Wynn Las Vegas, where he lived with his second wife, Andrea Hissom, for about a decade. They now reside in Florida.

Wynn continues to deny all of the allegations and was never convicted of a crime in association with them.
