In one case, a 17-year-old was shot dead on Corsaire Avenue in Las Vegas on his way home from a party on Sunday.

The teen was identified as Luis Garcia-Molin. Damian Delgado, 18, was arrested for the shooting. Delgado and other individuals had followed the victim before shooting him, police said.

Delgado was booked at Clark County Detention Center for open murder.

On Saturday, a woman was killed in a vehicle on 11th Street in Las Vegas. She was identified as Hope Ritter, 29. The cause of death was several gunshots to the head, according to the Clark County coroner’s office.

The suspects are two men who were walking by the vehicle and who opened fire, police said.

Possible Murder-Suicide

Also on Saturday, two victims died in an apparent murder-suicide on Bartlett Avenue in North Las Vegas. The victims were identified as Aurora Montion de Jimenez, 64, and Dario Duran-Medina, 56.

The incident initially was reported as a residential fire.

Firefighters responding to the residence discovered a dead woman and a man with life-threatening injuries. The man later was declared dead at University Medical Center.

On Sunday, a woman who had been at a Saturday night party was found dead in a bedroom at a Naco Court residence in Las Vegas. The victim, Marisela Rodriguez, 26, was killed by gunshot wounds to the head and neck.

On Monday, an unnamed man was found dead at a Walgreens parking lot on North Durango Drive in Las Vegas.

The suspect in the fatal shooting was identified as Joshua Martinez, 19. He was booked at the Clark County Detention Center for open murder.

Hookah Lounge Murder

On February 9, a deadly shooting took place outside of the Secret Lounge, a hookah lounge near Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas.

Kaleo Kekahuna, 46, was killed when the suspects allegedly fired shots into the crowd.

The suspects were identified as Anjele McCullough, 24, and Terrance McCullough, 24. Each was charged this week with open murder.

The shooting took place after a dispute broke out inside the lounge. A security guard told individuals to leave but the dispute soon escalated into a fight in the lounge’s parking lot. That’s when at least one of the suspects allegedly pulled out a firearm and shot toward the crowd and the lounge.

Both brothers were booked at Clark County Detention Center.

Kekahuna was a security guard at another business, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Before the shooting, Kekahuna tried to break up the dispute between two groups of people, police said.
