Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas has an unlikely new brand collaborator: the family-friendly Museum of Ice Cream, which recently opened its sixth location at AREA15.

The attraction, known for its immersive rooms, curated tasting stations, and signature sprinkle‑themed design, has become the immersive entertainment district’s most-visited new attraction since debuting on July 3.
The partnership won’t bring children into Circa, which doesn’t allow anyone under 21 to stay in its hotel tower — even with their parents. But it will add a Museum of Ice Cream-themed Suite to one of the two new floors owners Derek and Greg Stevens plan to begin adding on to their resort starting in March 2027.
The expansion is part of Circa’s broader plan to increase room inventory ahead of major fall tourism events, including the NFL season and downtown’s festival calendar.

As part of the collaboration, Circa will also add Museum of Ice Cream-themed cocktail menus to its bars.
Circa VP of Operations Jeff Victor told the Las Vegas Review‑Journal that the idea wasn’t to merge adult and kids markets, but male and female ones.
“The museum has … a 60-plus percent female base, and that was attractive to us because we’ve got so many masculine products,” he told the newspaper. “This was a way for us to be a hotel partner with them.”
The Museum of Ice Cream has become a popular stop for bachelorette parties in its other cities (New York, Chicago, Miami, Boston and Singapore). And the one in Vegas is only 4 miles southwest of Circa.
“We know that bachelorette parties … are going to need a place to stay,” Victor said, mentioning Circa’s Stadium Swim multi-level pool complex, the Barry’s Downtown Prime restaurant, and the Legacy Club upstairs lounge as perfectly suiting their resort needs.
The Museum of Ice Cream Suite is scheduled to debut before the start of the NFL season.
