Fanatics Sportsbook has secured an official sports betting partnership with the NFL under a new multi-year deal.

Expected to be announced before the season opener, the non-exclusive deal gives Fanatics access to premium NFL media inventory, including in-game advertising and network sponsorships.
Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino will also gain VIP hospitality assets, Super Bowl access, and marquee event experiences. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal fills a void left when the NFL’s primary sponsorships with FanDuel, DraftKings, and Caesars expired at the end of March without renewal, as first reported by Sports Business Journal (SBJ).
While negotiations with FanDuel and DraftKings remain ongoing, Fanatics is the first to lock in a new agreement.
Deal Expands Existing Partnership
Under the deal, Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino gain marketing rights to leverage official NFL intellectual property, including league, team, and marquee event logos for the Super Bowl and NFL Draft.
The agreement expands on Fanatics’ existing e-commerce, fan apparel, and merchandise partnerships with the league.
Currently, Fanatics Sportsbook operates across 22 states and Washington, D.C., while Fanatics Casino is live in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
NFL Betting Remains Massive
Driven by massive television audiences, a concentrated weekly schedule, and a brief regular season, the NFL remains a sports betting titan.
The American Gaming Association estimated that legal wagers reached $30 billion for the 2025 season—an 8.5% year-over-year surge from $27.6 billion.
That figure spans everything from futures and preseason action through the Super Bowl, excluding untracked wagers placed through offshore sportsbooks and prediction markets.
Preseason play is already underway, with the regular season set to kickoff Sept. 9 with a Super Bowl rematch between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field.
