  • Victoria Goodwin wasn’t the only celebrity wife charged with attempted murder tied to “Ghost Adventures”
  • Jillian Lauren Shriner, wife of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, visited the TV show to talk all about murder last year

Before Victoria Goodwin, wife of “Ghost Adventures” star Aaron Goodwin, was arrested last month for allegedly conspiring to murder her husband, the Las Vegas-based reality TV series had another dalliance with a celebrity wife charged with attempted murder.

According to TMZ, Jillian Lauren Shriner, the better half of Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, filmed an upcoming episode of “Ghost Adventures” back in November. Shriner has made national headlines every day since being shot and injured by LA police on April 8.

The incident occurred during a search for hit-and-run suspects that ended up at the couple’s house in Eagle Rock. According to local media reports, Shriner opened fire at one of the suspects after they tried breaking into her property.

When police arrived, Shriner then emerged from her house with a weapon pointed at them and refused to drop it, despite “numerous” demands, according to an LAPD press release. She “then pointed the handgun at the officers,” who shot her in the shoulder.

Not Murder-y Enough for Ya?

Shriner’s “Ghost Adventures” episode — filmed at Zak Bagans’ Haunted Museum in Las Vegas — was all about Samuel Little.

Little was a serial killer who confessed to 93 murders, mostly of women, between 1970 and 2005. He died in 2020 in an LA County hospital at 80 years old, with no cause of death publicly confirmed.

Shriner is a bestselling author best known for her memoir “Some Girls: My Life in a Harem.” She appeared on “Ghost Adventures” because she wrote a book about Little and also somehow ended up in possession of his ashes, which she turned over for Bagans to display last September.

The tabloid website reported that Shriner recounted her experiences interviewing the psychopath for her “Ghost Adventures” episode … including some graphic threats he made to her.

He also painted a portrait of her, on display at Bagans’ museum, which she noted was terrifying because Little was only known for painting portraits of his murder victims.
