Get Paid $2,500 to Taste-Test Las Vegas’ Wildest Hangover Foods

We’ve all been there…that pounding headache, questionable flashbacks, and a strong craving for something greasy, cheesy, and slightly unhinged. But let’s face it, when in Las Vegas, hangovers aren’t a possibility – they’re practically part of the itinerary. 

This time, however, your hangover could literally pay off – $2,500 to be exact!  

We’re on the lookout for one lucky participant to become our first Official Hangover Food Tester! We’ll fly you out to Vegas, cover your weekend stay, and pay you $2,500 to spend your time recovering from hangovers (real or imaginary – we don’t judge) by taste-testing six of Vegas’ wildest post-party recovery foods.  

Ready to eat your way through Vegas? Here’s how to apply: 

Applying is easy – just fill out the form below and cross your fingers! If selected, we’ll cover your roundtrip travel, weekend accommodations, and pay you $2,500 to take on the city’s wildest hangover cures. Please note that the winner will be selected at random.

What’s on the menu? 

All we ask is that you taste-test six of Vegas’ iconic hangover meals and share your experience with us. The lucky winner will visit each of the following spots and rate these hangover cures on a scale of 1-10:  

  1. Hangover Pizza at Slice of Pizza: A pizza filled with double sausage gravy, cheeses, green pepper, yellow onion, potato bacon, and ham 
  1. Hangover Dog at Haute Doggery: A pork and beef frank, french fries, cheese sauce, fried egg, pico and bacon bits 
  1. Hangover Tator Kegs at Slater’s 50/50: Appetizer of giant tator kegs filled with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives, topped with Tapatio ranch and fresh green onions 
  1. Hangover Burger at Ellis Island: A half-pound burger with bacon, fried egg, cheddar, fried pickle, onion ring, topped with Bloody Mary mayo on brioche bun 
  1. Hangover Burrito at Born & Raised: Filled with Ground Angus beef patties, double cheese, bacon, 2 fried eggs, Tetris tots, ketchup, side of breakfast potatoes 
  1. Hangover Breakfast at Morning News Las Vegas: A platter filled with 3 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, cheesy or regular hashbrown, short stack pancakes, and toast 

Don’t worry about the dates just yet, we’ll work around your schedule if you’re selected as our taste tester – as long as you fly out and complete the dream job by August 31st, 2025. 

Entries open from 12pm ET on May 15th 2025 and close on 11:59 PM ET on June 12th 2025. Please read the Terms and Conditions here. 

Winners will be notified within 5 working days after the closing date. Upon acceptance, the winner will initially receive $1,500 to fund their hangover meal purchases needed for the dream job, transportation between food spots (e.g. taxi, public transportation), and spending money. Once the taste-testing assignment is done, the remaining $1,000 will be sent to the winner.
