Panty-Dropper Cocktail of the Day: Dark and Stormy at The Boozery
Chances are, you’ve never been in a bar quite like The Boozery at downtown’s new Container Park shopping complex. That’s because the entire bar is inside a shipping container.
It’s intimate vibe is just the start of what makes The Boozery unique, though.
The Boozery is staffed by charming, knowledgeable bartenders, for one. You don’t work at a bar with a maximum capacity of 12 people to get rich. You work there because you’re adventuresome, you like a laid-back work environment and dress code, and you want to be part of a grand experiment (which the Container Park sort of is).
Oh, and there are also some top-notch cocktails at The Boozery, too. “Booze” is right there in the name of the place, so it’s sort of required.
We’d recommend a particularly delicious social lubricant called the Dark and Stormy cocktail, featuring Goslings dark rum, ginger beer and lime.
The Boozery is located near the Container Park’s stage, where there’s live music, nightly. We suggest you visit The Boozery, anyway.

The Boozery is open Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, noon to 1:00 a.m. and Sunday, noon to 11:00 p.m.
