Dr. Sudhir Kale is a recognized gaming industry scholar, having written more than 100 papers for casino trade and journal publications, including many involving extensive research. He has been quoted in major mainstream media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The New York Times, Bloomberg, The Financial Review and Reuters.
Sudhir founded his own firm for the casino industry—GamePlan Consultants—to share his expertise in marketing and high-end training for the gaming industry worldwide. His extensive client list includes Marina Bay Sands, Galaxy Macau and Wynn Macau.
Dr. Kale is also a sought-after speaker at annual gaming conferences, from Global Gaming Expo (G2E) to the University of Nevada (Reno) Executive Development Program for senior casino industry leaders. He is widely regarded as an expert in areas such as customer relationship management (CRM), customer loyalty, customer experience, market segmentation and positioning, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
