Alex's verdict
Golden Hearts Games is a no-frills, US-based sweepstakes casino. The game library is modest, but it offers a clean, low-pressure platform with a long track record and a first-purchase deal worth checking out. My Golden Hearts Games review gets into all the details.

Bonuses and promotions
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"Here at Casino.org, we love finding our readers the best bonuses. Our promo code for Golden Hearts Games, CORGBONUS, will help boost your bankroll. When you sign up, you'll receive 250,000 Gold Coins and 500 Free Sweeps Coins. Plus, you can claim a 100% SC bonus when you make your first purchase."
In addition to the Golden Hearts no deposit welcome offer with our promo code CORGBONUS, you can take advantage of the first-purchase offer that gets you additional GC and SC. In general, the bonuses here are pretty thin compared to industry giants like McLuck and Legendz, but there are ways to get free coins each day. For instance, Legendz Casinos has a full calendar of bonus drops that spans the entire week. I'd love to see Golden Hearts do the same at some point.
Earning free coins at Golden Hearts Games Casino is possible if you don't want to make a purchase. There are several ways to do so, and most, with the exception of the social media giveaways, don't require much from players.
Welcome bonus summary
Bonus type | Details |
|---|---|
Welcome bonus | 250,000 GC + 500 SC free after registering and verifying your mobile number |
Exclusive code | CORGBONUS |
Social bonus drops | Periodic Facebook, Instagram, and X contests (e.g., "Spin to Win"), credited within 7 days of each contest ending |
VIP rewards | N/A |
Other bonuses | First-purchase 100% boost (1.75M GC + 25 SC for $9.99), daily visit bonus, referrals, mail-in AMOE |
Daily rewards
The daily visit bonus can be claimed once every 24 hours. When you log in, a pop-up invites you to claim it, or a countdown shows when it resets. You get free Gold Coins, and sometimes free SC, once per day. The amount and type vary by player and can change at any time. Watch the clock to ensure you don't miss out.Referral bonus
Share your unique link from the Refer-a-Friend page. When your friend signs up through it and buys $25.00 or more in Gold Coins, you earn up to 50 SC. Please note that posting your link in public groups, Discord, or Reddit is prohibited. Golden Hearts only wants you to share your link with people you actually know.Social media giveaways
Golden Hearts runs occasional contests on Facebook, Instagram, and X where winners receive free SC and GC, credited within seven days. These are generally in a "Spin to Win" format that asks you to complete a set number of SC spins to qualify for a prize draw. I do find this to be a bit disappointing that you have to use SC just to get free ones, unlike at RealPrize Casino where you just have to retweet or comment on posts to score freebies.Pro tip: Daily logins are key
"Unplayed SC expire 14 days after they're awarded, and an account with no login for 60 days loses its GC and unplayed SC. I suggest you claim your daily bonus and play your free SC within two weeks; otherwise, you could lose your progress and, more importantly, all the free SC you worked so hard to get."

Is Golden Hearts Games legit?
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"Security should always be at the forefront of any casino, and Golden Hearts Games proves it. The site uses encryption to keep player data away from prying eyes and features a Responsible Social Gaming section that outlines tips for safe play and restrictions you can put on your own account, like disabling or limiting purchases."
Pros
- Operating since 2020 with a US-based company
- Full Terms, Rules, and Responsible Gaming pages, updated Sept 2026
- Mandatory KYC before redemptions
- Partnered with Birches Health for responsible gaming support
Cons
- Used to be able to turn your SC into a charitable donation
- Binding arbitration and class-action waiver in the Terms (can opt out within 30 days)
Yes, it's legit. Golden Hearts Games is operated by Golden Hearts Games, Inc., a US company based in the Boston area that launched its social casino in August 2020. Sweepstakes casinos don't need a gambling license, so legitimacy comes down to transparency and track record. Golden Hearts publishes full Terms, Official Sweepstakes Rules, and a Responsible Gaming policy, all updated in 2026. It uses SSL encryption, requires identity checks (via Jumio) before redemptions, and offers a real postal AMOE. Brand legacy is also part of the story. Golden Hearts originally stood out for letting players donate to charity when buying coins. This program was suspended in July 2024, and I really wish they'd bring it back. No other casino offers that, and sometimes you just want to give back, right? A weird thing that I need to point out is the binding arbitration situation. Most players have no idea it exists, and it's completely unnecessary for your play. You have 30 days to opt out, so make sure you do that when you sign up.
Pro tip: Opt-out of arbitration
"The Terms let you opt out of mandatory arbitration if you email arbitrationoptout@goldenheartsgames.com with the subject "OPT-OUT" within 30 days of agreeing. This is something that I suggest doing to avoid getting spammed with emails about an arbitration and class-action waiver that you're not part of or need."

Where is Golden Hearts available?
Some states don't allow sweepstakes casinos, while others do but impose different age restrictions, don't allow redemptions, or cap them. For example, Florida caps redemptions at $5,000 per month. For the most part, you have to be 18+ to join Golden Hearts, except in Alabama and Nebraska (19+), and Mississippi (21+).Excluded state | Access | Legislative notes |

Responsible gambling tools
Whether you plan on buying coins or want to rely on giveaways and daily drops, you must play responsibly. I recommend setting up a monthly purchase limit on the day you sign up (for coin buyers). Once the Support team confirms it, the lowered limit takes effect right away. You can also disable purchases altogether if that better fits your style of play.Tool | Available? |

Software and range of games: Slots, bingo, and scratch cards
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"If you’re looking for progressive jackpots, a slew of table games and live dealers, or even a diverse selection of slots, Golden Hearts Games may not be your site. If you want a huge selection beyond Golden Hearts' 200, try Dorados (2,800+ titles) or Stake US Casino (3,500+ games). But Golden's slots-first lobby has a few smart extras like 75-ball bingo, scratchers, and blackjack. It's compact, but it's also fast and tidy."
Pros
- Quality slots from BGaming, Playson, 3 Oaks, Evoplay, and more
- In-house Old School exclusives (blackjack, video poker, solitaire)
- Bingo, scratch cards, and Hold & Win variety
- New releases added regularly; minimum bets from 0.10 SC
Cons
- No live dealer games and no progressive jackpots
- Library is small, with only 200 games, versus sites like Stake (3,500+) and Dorados (2,800+)
Library and providers
The lobby has tabs for Featured, Slots, Blackjack, Bingo, and Scratch Cards, plus Hot, New, Exclusive, Instant Win, and Hold & Win categories. The catalog is built around 14 providers: BGaming, Booming Games, Clawbuster, ELA Games, Evoplay, Expanse, Habanero, 3 Oaks, Playzia, Playson, Reel Riot, Ruby Play, Spinmatic, and Golden Hearts' own studio. Slots I'd point new players to: Buffalo Hold & Win, Fishin' Reels Unlocked, Hot Triple Sevens Special, Joker's Millions, Brilliant Gems, and Evoplay's Cat's Blessing. Recent additions include Mr. Oinkster, Twin Buffalo Hold & Win, Match Blitz, and Scatter Shock.Beyond slots, I'd call out Old School Blackjack, Old School Jacks or Better (video poker), Old School Casino Solitaire, three 75-ball bingo titles (Juicy Jackpot Bingo, Anytime Bingo, Old School Video Bingo), and scratchers like Cash Cow, Gem Smash, Cash Mania, and Scratch Poker.
Pro tip: Check a slot's information before spinning
"Open any slot first and check its info panel for RTP, bet range, and max win before you spend SC. The lobby thumbnails don't show them."

Payments, redemptions, and coin value
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"You never have to spend a cent to play at Golden Hearts Games, and you should never feel pressured to do so. However, if you do want to buy a coin bundle, you'll be pleased to know that it's quick and painless. I can't say the same about cash redemptions since they take 3-5 days. You also have six purchase options, but only two redemption options (ACH or Prizeout gift cards)."
Pros
- Six purchase methods, including Apple Pay and Skrill
- Prizeout gift cards available if you don't want to make a cash redemption
- $1 per Redeemable SC, with a simple minimum (50 SC gift card / 100 SC cash)
- Optional purchase limits, available through Support
Cons
- You can't cash out to the card you paid with; only ACH is available
- Sales tax may apply to coin purchases in some states
By using our exclusive bonus code CORGBONUS, you get a great no deposit bonus of 250K GC and 500 free SC. It also includes up to a 100% SC bonus on your first purchase. I used it and took advantage of the deal to make sure I had enough coins to get started. It was actually more than enough, and I didn't need to make any additional purchases to test out the site. However, I'm a bit peeved that coin packages beyond the first-purchase offer start at $10. This is way too high compared to sites like Chumba that offer coin bundles as low as $1.99. Plus, the $30 bundles may come with over a million GC but zero SC. I find that bizarre, since every other package includes them.
Coin packages at Golden Hearts Games
Cost | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
$9.99 (first-purchase deal) | 1,750,000 | 25 (boosted to 50 with our bonus code CORGBONUS) |
$10 | 650,000 | 12.5 |
$25 | 1,750,000 | 31.25 |
$30 | 2,250,000 | None |
$50 | 4,000,000 | 75 |
$100 | 10,000,000 | 200 |
How to purchase coins
I'll give Golden Hearts its due for how easy it is to buy coins. I used Apple Pay, but you can also pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Skrill. I'd love to see them accept Google Pay and other e-wallets like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal, but for now, six payment options aren't too bad.- 1Log in and click the "+" in your coin balance bar, or open the menu and choose Get Coins / Buy Coins.
- 2Select a package. The first-purchase offer is highlighted if you used our exclusive bonus code.
- 3Choose a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Skrill, or Apple Pay.
- 4Enter your details and confirm. Complete any extra verification if prompted.
- 5Your Gold Coins (and any bonus SC) are credited instantly.

Welcome bonus with our exclusive code CORGBONUS | 250,000 GC + 500 SC |
Daily visit bonus | Free GC + SC |

Redemption process
Redeemable SC come with a 1x playthrough, and you can choose between a Prizeout gift card or cash. For gift cards, you only need 50 SC; for cash, you need 100 SC.- Win Redeemable SC. Play SC games. Your SC are spent first, and any SC prizes are credited as Redeemable SC in your account.
- Reach the minimum. 50 Redeemable SC for a Prizeout gift card or 100 Redeemable SC for an ACH bank transfer.
- Verify your identity (KYC). Upload a front-and-back photo ID (passports are not accepted) and a selfie via Jumio. Golden Hearts may also request proof of address, SSN validation, or proof of bank/card ownership.
- Request your prize on the My Account page. The name on your Golden Hearts account must match the name on your bank account.
- Wait for processing: Prizeout 1–2 business days, ACH 3–5 business days.
Coin value: 1 SC = $1
Redeemable SC are worth exactly $1.00 each. Here's how I made my first redemption: After a few lucky spins grew my balance to 100 SC and I played through them once, I requested an ACH payout of 100 SC ($100.00). After completing KYC verification, it took three business days to see the money in my account. For my second redemption, I chose a Prizeout gift card when I reached 50 SC and went through the 1x requirement. That took a little less time, and I got the gift card in my email in two business days. I suggest making redemptions as soon as you hit the cashout threshold because any SC in your unplayed balance expires after 14 days. I've never seen a sweepstakes platform do this. Some may close your account after 60 days of inactivity, but never with redeemable, expiring coins in your account. If this is a major concern, I suggest checking other brands like Big Pirate or Sportzino Casino, where you don't have to worry about unplayed coins being taken away after two weeks.Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins

Mail-in option for free SC
You don't need to buy anything to participate or win, and purchasing coins doesn't improve your odds. Federal and state sweepstakes law requires a free method of entry, so having a mail-in option is a legal-compliance signal, not a nicety. The Official Rules state that non-purchasers play on equal terms with purchasers, and it's a good sign that Golden Hearts Games takes compliance seriously.AMOE step-by-step:- Open the AMOE page and generate a unique 14-digit Postal Request Code (PRC). Limits: 1 per day, 5 per month. Each PRC expires after 180 days.
- On a lineless, blank, white, unfolded 3×5-inch index card, handwrite (black or blue ink) these five items in order: your PRC; your name (exactly as on your account); your account email; your full residential address; and the words "Golden Hearts Games."
- Place the card in a handwritten envelope (include your full return address) with a First-Class US stamp, and mail it to: Golden Hearts Games, Inc. Attn: AMOE Submission, PO Box 9500, Manchester, NH 03108.
- Mail each request separately. It must be postmarked from your billing-address state or an adjoining one.
- Within 10 business days of receiving a valid request, Golden Hearts will email you a unique Redemption Code. Redeem it on the AMOE Redeem page. Limit one code redeemed per day; each code expires 180 days after delivery.
Mobile experience
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"My Golden Hearts Games mobile review uncovered solid mobile gaming options for playing on the go. While there is currently no Golden Hearts Games app available to download in the App Store or Play Store, the casino is built on HTML5 technology, which means you can access the site from any mobile device you own. There is a Google Play Store listing for Golden Hearts Games, so it appears the brand must've had an app at some point, but it doesn't exist now."
Pros
- No download needed; plays in any modern mobile browser
- Same lobby, menu, full game catalog, and coin balance layout as desktop
- You can add a home-screen shortcut for an app-like feel
- Loads effortlessly on tablets, phones, laptops, and desktops
Cons
- No dedicated iOS or Android app, unlike McLuck and NoLimitCoins
- Old Google Play listing still appears even though app doesn't exist anymore
Whether you’re an iOS or Android user, the site will adapt to your screen size and allow you to play any of the games on offer. You can even claim our exclusive Golden Hearts Games promo code through the mobile casino, ensuring you get the same experience across all devices.
Mobile vs desktop
Both layouts use a top-center GC/SC balance (tap to switch currencies) and a three-bar menu with Lobby, Get Coins, Redeem, My Account, Help Center, and Refer a Friend. Desktop shows games in about three columns, while mobile scrolls vertically. I spent more time playing on my iPhone 16 than on my MacBook, but I found both to be equally great. I didn't experience any lag or glitching, and the games loaded fast.Customer support
Alexander Korsager, Chief Gaming Officer
"If you have any queries about safety, legitimacy, or any issues with your account or transactions, you can contact the support team via email. This is one of the only ways to get in touch with Golden Hearts, and it's frustrating considering that a lot of sweepstakes platforms like Casino.Click offer live chat."
Pros
- 24/7 email support
- Help Center with 50+ articles in 8 categories
- Support tickets via the Help Center
- Can set purchase limits and close accounts on request
Cons
- No live chat like Casino.Click, Tao Fortune, and Jackpota
- No phone line, unlike Hello Millions
I hope the casino addresses the lack of live chat and phone support sooner rather than later. Most sweepstakes platforms offer at least a live chat, even if it's not 24/7. A site like PlayFame Casino offers all three (email, phone, and chat), so Golden Hearts Games can take a cue from there and beef up its support options.🗪 Live chat: not available📧 Email: support@goldenheartsgames.com📞 Phone: not available🤝 Help center: goldenheartsgames.zendesk.com 🌐 Social media: Facebook (@GoldenHeartsGames), X (@GoldHeartsGames), Instagram (@goldenheartsgames)
