Borgata Casino Review 2025
The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is one of the best-known in Atlantic City, popularizing the bustling Marina district to rival the casinos on the Boardwalk. The Borgata online casino is also a huge hit, and it is available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A sister brand to BetMGM, the Borgata online casino app is one of the best ones in New Jersey. The game menu is plentiful and diverse, with everything from classic slots to virtual sports and live dealer tables. I’ve taken a deep dive into the site for my review, including checking out banking methods, customer support, bonuses, and more.

I am a fan of the gaming software at Borgata. With so many different types of games available, it’s important to have a well-designed and reliable site, and Borgata looks great. The main game menu is split up into various subcategories that make browsing easy, including online slots, table games, live dealers, virtual sports, and trending games.
There are also quick links to other Borgata services that come with your account, like poker, bingo, and sports betting. Overall, it’s a really varied selection and feels like it would be great both for beginners and more experienced players looking for specialized games.
Slots
The slot titles dominate the gaming menu at Borgata. Online slots are powered by the most prominent software providers, including Red Tiger, NetEnt and IGT. Just like the larger game menu, the slots menu is thankfully well-organized, and you can filter the games by provider or by features like Megaways or jackpot slots. Borgata has a good range of progressive jackpots, which I always like to see. At the time of writing, there were various jackpots hitting between $10,000 and $2,000,000. It would be nice to see some of the bigger titles added to the selection, but there's still plenty to enjoy.Table games
Borgata performs well for table games, too, with plenty of variations of classics like blackjack, roulette, and video poker on the menu, but also more exotic games like Dragon Tiger. Again, the games here are from a handful of different providers. I like when this is the case as it means the menu never feels too same-y or repetitive. Depositing and withdrawing your cash is as fast and pain free as possible at Borgata. I always hope to see lots of different payment methods supported and Borgata's include credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, Skrill, PayNearMe, Play+ Card, E-checks, and of course cash transactions at any MGM casino nationwide.
All my banking tests went exactly as planned, and my deposits cleared immediately.
You need to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit, so it would be impossible to make an E-check deposit and withdraw to a PayPal account, for example. The fastest online withdrawals are all 24 hours - Visa, Skrill, Play+ and PayPal. Other methods take between 2-4 days.
Overall, I'm more than satisfied with the banking experience at Borgata.

The casino is licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, and its gaming providers have their games independently audited to ensure they are fair.
Customer support is one area Borgata could improve a little. The “Help and Contact” button simply redirects to a selection of FAQs. You need to click through a few articles and confirm you still need help before connecting with support staff. It’s not a huge deal, but I’d prefer the live chat to be more accessible.

Borgata has a casino app - distinct from its sports betting app - available for download on iPhones and Android. The app works very well, effectively presenting all the same information and gambling options as the desktop site. You can even play the exact same live dealer games, which work impressively well on the small screen.
If you prefer not to download an app, Borgata’s website has also been optimized for mobile use. You can just search for it using your device’s browser and log into your account as normal. It works great too.
Conclusion
All in all, Borgata is really doing a lot of things right. I love the gaming menu, which is one of the most interesting and diverse in New Jersey. Little touches like having multiple live software providers and novel virtual sports games really help it to stand out from the competition.
Such good gaming options need software to match, and I'm also a big fan of Borgata’s platforms. Both the website and mobile app are well organized and easy to use.
The bonuses on offer are great, including both a deposit boost and a no deposit bonus for new members. Deposits and withdrawals were perfect for me, and I have no security concerns.
Customer support is a little clunky, and I’d prefer a more easily accessible live chat, but apart from that, I'm sold. Try out Borgata for yourself to see why I like it so much.
