My experience with StormRush’s customer support was strong in some areas, but there was still room for improvement. The live chat is active and responsive; when I used it, an agent answered within a few minutes and walked me through my questions clearly and patiently.  

However, when it comes to public support resources, StormRush still has a lot of homework to do. There’s no FAQ or help center covering the sweepstakes rules or common troubleshooting topics. The only “FAQ” I spotted relates to the VIP program. Meanwhile, they also refer to an Awards Rules page in their terms & conditions, but that page doesn’t exist.
