In my experience, support isn’t always intuitive to find at first, which isn't something I particularly enjoyed. 

Unlike what most platforms offer, there isn't a “Help” button or a live chat bubble in the main lobby. Instead, you open the hamburger menu (top right) where a link to the in-app request form sits alongside account info and legal links. 

I also found the FAQs and support documentation in a separate Zendesk help center, accessible only through the Hard Rock Games site, plus an email address listed in the T&Cs.

Contacting support via the in-app form was straightforward, and I received a clear answer within several hours, but I had to hunt through a couple of menus and external sites to find FAQ answers. The lack of live chat or phone support was also disappointing.

Visibility can be improved and help should be centralized. I hope the brand makes those feature updates soon.

The brand developed native iOS and Android apps and I felt they’re slightly better than playing in a browser. The design translates perfectly to smaller screens, with clear icons for bonuses, rewards, and missions. Most importantly, the games, bonuses, and promotions available on desktop are also available in both mobile apps.

Playing through a mobile browser also works well, thanks to the site being responsive and adapting to different screen sizes without major issues. Compared to other social casinos, Hard Rock’s mobile experience ranks near the top and is much better than many that rely solely on web play.
