    At least two big problems with this

    A) The 1969 Mets beat the Orioles at Shea Stadium in New York, not Baltimore.

    B) The USA did beat England during the 1950 Word Cup but it appears by your post that it was the finals. It was not. It was in round one and neither team went on to the final round. The 1950 Word Cup was won by Uruguay.
