The longtime private residence the Mortons — the hospitality family behind Morton’s The Steakhouse — has hit the market for the first time at an asking price of $19.5 million. Custom-designed for Michael and Jenna Morton in 2006 by architect Richard Luke, the residence sits on two acres at the edge of the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, 15 minutes from the Strip.

Crafted from limestone, the 10,000-square-foot estate comprises a main residence and guesthouse, offering a total of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The grounds feature two swimming pools — one with a 60-foot mosaic-tiled slide — alongside a secluded spa, fireside lounges, and a full outdoor bar and kitchen.

Multiple courtyards and terraces provide panoramic mountain views, while a circular motor court leads to a spacious six-car garage.
Pulling Up Steaks
Michael is a prominent Las Vegas restaurateur whose father, Arnie Morton, co-founded Morton’s The Steakhouse and whose brother, Peter Morton, co-founded the Hard Rock Cafe and developed Las Vegas’ original Hard Rock Hotel.
Jenna’s background is in archaeology.

The couple own the Morton Group, the creators and operators of La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway at the Wynn, One Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels, and Crush and Greek Sneek at the MGM Grand.
They told the Wall Street Journal they plan to build a smaller version of the home nearby, now that their three children are grown.
Kristen Routh-Silberman of Douglas Elliman holds the listing.
