High Roller Technologies Inc., the Las Vegas-based online gaming operator that has applied for an iGaming operator license with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), is further laying the foundation for a market launch with Wednesday’s announcement that it’s signed a letter of intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health, which the company says reinforces its commitment to player wellbeing in Ontario.

High Roller has indicated it expects to be up and running in Ontario in the first half of 2026 and will also be applying for an operator license to launch in Alberta when that iGaming market goes live, which looks to be spring/summer this year.
The company has said it intends to work with Kindbridge to build a pathway to clinical support for individuals who are at risk of problem gaming, as well as those players who have self-excluded from gambling.
Canadian Gaming: Ontario Launch in 2026
“We believe entertainment should always be enjoyed responsibly,” said High Roller CEO Seth Young in a statement. “Partnering with Kindbridge reinforces our commitment to player wellbeing by ensuring that anyone who may be experiencing challenges with their gambling activity has access to meaningful, professional support. This collaboration reflects our responsibility not only as an operator, but as a trusted brand that puts people first.”
In a November call with investors detailing the company’s Q3 results, Young talked about a step away from less-regulated markets for the company, which would fuel long-term stability. The company overview detailed how Ontario is a core market focus, which will increase the company’s total addressable market by $2.4 billion. Ontario is the sixth-largest regulated market in the world by GGR, with strong future growth expected, the company said in its summary. Young said the company expects its “premium, casino-focused High Roller brand will resonate with educated consumers”.
Alberta Launch When that Market Goes Live
“Ontario is a huge launch and will be transformative relative to existing operations,” Young added. “We are truly preparing for scale. This shift is setting us up for the next chapter and is a big plus as we get ready for licensing and launch Ontario.”
In June, High Roller announced it had selected Xpoint to provide geolocation services in Ontario. Then, in July, it announced a content partnership deal with Gaming Realms. Also in July, High Roller announced a partnership with Kinectify to strengthen AML compliance in Ontario.
High Roller is known for online casino brands like High Roller and Fruta.
