WrestleMania will return to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19, 2026. The announcement comes a month after WWE announced that the last iteration, WrestleMania 41, was “the most-successful and highest-grossing event in company history.”

Paul Michael Levesque, WWE’s chief content officer, made the announcement during the company’s “Money in the Bank” event on Saturday in LA.
“In my experience, anything worth doing is worth doing twice,” said the former professional wrestler also known as Triple H. “So I’ve got just one question for you — are you ready to double down?”
Originally, WrestleMania was scheduled for the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, as The Rock revealed during the Feb. 21 episode of “Friday Night SmackDown.” But last month, WWE said it had it had changed its plans.
This marks only the second time the WWE will host WrestleMania in the same city two years in a row. The last was in 1988-89 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Economic Smackup
In April, WrestleMania 41 generated an estimated $215 million in economic impact for Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. This figure includes visitor spending from the approximately 125K fans attending the two-night main event at Allegiant in addition to a weekend of events including a Friday Night SmackDown event at T-Mobile Arena, a WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony at the Fontainebleau and a WWE fan experience at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The weekend was good for the WWE as well. An estimated 5.8 to 6.2 million steaming accounts tuned into WrestleMania 41 events — a surge of 3.1 to 3.3 million accounts over WrestleMania 40’s record of 2.7–2.9 million — with international Netflix streaming likely pushing the global total much higher.
This will be the third time the event will happen in Vegas. The first was WrestleMania IX in 1993.
Wrestling With the Past

The likely reason that WWF (as WWE was known prior to 2002) didn’t return to Vegas for more than 30 years is that it didn’t go so well the first time.
Held at the Caesars Palace Grand Garden — really just the Caesars Palace parking lot — WrestleMania IX is considered one of the weaker entries in the series.
After Yokozuna defeated Bret Hart for the WWF Championship in the main event, it was decided that he should immediately fight Hulk Hogan in an unadvertised match. While this gave Hogan the title back for what would be the last time, in the moment, the abrupt booking change mostly disappointed WWF fans.
In addition, the broadcast was marred by audio issues that rendered much of the commentary inaudible.
Finally, the event didn’t sell out. While 16,891 attended, 18K tickets were available, so more than 1,000 tickets couldn’t be given away. And thousands were no doubt already given away to casino VIPs, high-rollers, WWF personnel, members of the media, and contest winners.
