Las Vegas will honor Bruno Mars with a parade down the Strip on Friday afternoon, April 10, hours before he opens his “Romantic” tour at Allegiant Stadium.

The procession begins at 1 p.m. on the north side of the Bellagio and moves south, ending at Toshiba Plaza outside T‑Mobile Arena a half-hour later.

The parade will feature marching bands and live music — though not from Mars himself. Upon arrival, the former Park Avenue will be renamed in Mars’ honor.

This places Mars alongside Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, Wayne Newton, Debbie Reynolds, Jerry Lewis, Jimmy Durante, and Mel Tormé as Vegas entertainers enshrined on Vegas street signs.

Frankly, though, we can’t see Mars’ sign lasting a day longer than his decision to sign with a competing resort company, should that ever transpire.

Mars’ long‑running relationship with MGM began in 2013 when he played the MGM Grand, followed by T‑Mobile dates in 2017 and 2018. He has drawn a reported 800,000 fans to Dolby Live at Park MGM and continues his collaboration at The Pinky Ring, the Bellagio nightclub where he staged multiple pop-up shows since its opening in February 2024.

Mars currently has no Dolby Live dates scheduled due to his extended tour schedule.

Keith Urban is heading back to the Fontainebleau this fall, picking his residency back up with two new shows at the BleauLive Theater. He’ll play Friday, Oct. 16, and Saturday, Oct. 17, under the straightforward banner “Live in Las Vegas.”

The Aussie country superstar previously logged ten “High in Vegas” dates at the same venue across October 2024 and February 2025.

Presales open 10 a.m. Tuesday April 7 — with general tickets available 10a.m. Friday, April 10 – through Ticketmaster.
