- Blackpink’s Lisa announced four “residency” dates at the Caesars Palace Colosseum
- Justin Timberlake is negotiating a 2028 residency at Park MGM following tour struggles, according to NewsMax
- Jennifer Lopez declined a residency extension at Caesars after only one confirmed sellout
Lisa Lisa of the group Blackpink will perform at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Nov. 13, 14, 27, and 28. Monday’s announcement from Caesars Entertainment proclaims the singer “the first K-pop artist to perform a Las Vegas residency” with “Viva La Lisa.”

However, four dates aren’t exactly a residency to us. Once more dates are added, as they probably will be, we will gladly relent.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. PT Thursday, with a fan presale beginning 10 a.m. PT Wednesday, April 22 at 10 a.m. PT. (Fans can sign up from 10 a.m. PT Wednesday, April 1 through Sunday, 10 p.m. PT April 19 at ticketmaster.com.
The announcement arrived on the heels of the Blackpink’s new EP Deadline, and a year after Lisa dropped her solo debut, Alter Ego, featuring cameos from Doja Cat and Raye (“Born Again”), Megan Thee Stallion (“Rapunzel”), and more.
Details about her set and any potential cameos from her fellow Blackpink members are still unknown.
Justin Getting N’Sync with MGM Resorts

Justin Timberlake is in negotiations with MGM Resorts and promoter Live Nation to perform his first Las Vegas residency at the Park MGM’s Dolby Live beginning in 2028, reports our friend Paula Froelich of NewsNation.
The report frames Justin as negotiating from a position of weakness, since his “Forget Tomorrow” world tour, which ran from April 2024 through February 2025, performed poorly.
“It is a similar move to what Jennifer Lopez did after her 2024 bombs, ‘The Greatest Love Story Never Told’ and ‘This is Me… Now,'” Froelich wrote. “Lopez tried to change her tour to a greatest hits — but still didn’t sell — so she went to Vegas to do a handful of shows featuring old and new music.”
J-Lo Chooses Exit Over Extension
Speaking of La Lopez, she has opted not to extend her “Up All Night Live” Caesars Palace residency despite no tour dates on the horizon that might conflict.
Lopez’s run had only one confirmed sellout — its Dec. 30, 2025 opening night — while its remaining 11 shows were actively marketed, discounted and promoted until showtime. (Ticketmaster no longer shows real‑time maps of unsold seats, making it impossible for reporters or the public to independently verify how primary ticket sales are performing.)
Weezer Gathering
Weezer will swing its “The Gathering” tour to T-Mobile Arena on Oct. 23. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. PT Friday, April 3 on the AXS website, with presales beginning 10 a.m. PT Tuesday, March 31.
