Company CEO & Co-Founder John Gordon made the announcement on LinkedIn.

Delighted (and ever so slightly smug) to announce that Incentive Games is now officially licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Kudos to the team for navigating the world of compliance and paperwork to get us here,” he wrote. “We’re now ready to bring our real-money games to one of North America’s most exciting regulated markets. To the operators of Ontario: we’re coming in hot… politely, of course.”

The license means Incentive Games can now start offering its portfolio of real-money games to licensed operators across the province.

Michigan Launch

Last month, the company received a provisional Michigan gaming license from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB). That was the company’s first foray into the regulated North American market.

Speaking of its Canadian expansion, Gordon said, “Ontario represents a huge opportunity for us, and securing this license is a proud moment for the whole team. It reinforces our dedication to meeting the highest standards while delivering compelling real-money content. We’re looking forward to building strong relationships in the region and continuing our momentum across regulated markets worldwide.”

Incentive Games designs and develops both free-to-play and pay-to-play online casino games, data-driven and mobile-friendly content.

6 Horses Challenge

Crash games like MEGA Fight and sports games like the 6 Horses Challenge, developed with major industry brands like bet365 and Sky Betting & Gaming, remain popular. Incentive was founded in 2013 and has built relationships with industry giants like Aristocrat Interactive.

Casino Dominates the Market

There are currently 50 licensed operators doing business in Ontario, with 86 websites live and active. Seventy-five of those offer online casino content.

In June, iGaming Ontario reported that online casino had an 88% market share in cash wagers (CA$6.35 billion), and 79% market share in revenue (CA$243 million). Ontario had 1.01 million active player accounts that month, and $303 average revenue per active player.
