- Operator introduces FanDuel Casino Rewards Club
- Program is available to bettors in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
FanDuel said today it is introducing an internet casino rewards program known as FanDuel Casino Rewards Club.

The loyalty plan will be available to FanDuel clients in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia – the four states in which the operator offers iGaming. That form of wagering is permitted in just seven states today — Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
FanDuel Casino Rewards Club was built for the digital-first customer and enables players to earn points, unlock levels, and access exclusive benefits, with each level offering unique rewards to enhance customers’ experience,” according to a statement issued by the gaming company.
FanDuel, which is the top online sportsbook in the US by market share and one of the largest internet casino operators, is a unit of Flutter Entertainment (NYSE: FLUT).
FanDuel Looks to Set Rewards Program Apart
In the casino industry, internet and land-based, there’s no shortage of loyalty programs. Travel and leisure companies, including gaming operators, frequently alter and expand rewards programs to broaden appeal to customers.
Some casino loyalty plans only reward customers for betting while delivering no points or tier credits for dining and hotel stays. Others are complex in terms of how points are earned or feature strict timelines for redemption. FanDuel Casino Rewards Club is taking a more direct approach and it could be one that’s embraced by bettors.
“Unlike the competition, Rewards Club clearly outlines what players earn at every tier and prioritizes transparency so players can easily see the connection between their level and the value they receive,” said FanDuel in the press release. “Players earn points for every real-money dollar they spend, unlocking higher levels each month that deliver increasingly valuable rewards, from 5%, 10%, 15%, and up to 25% Weekly Bonus Back offers, exclusive Reward Boxes, and birthday bonuses.”
FanDuel has a rewards program for sports bettors and daily fantasy sports (DFS) players known as FanDuel Points.
Rewards Programs Growing in Online Gaming
Loyalty programs, be they of the airline, casino, or hotel variety, are popular among guests and are widely used in those industries as customer acquisition and retention tools. Broadly speaking, iGaming and online sportsbook operators that lack ties to land-based gaming venues have had difficulty leveraging their rewards programs on par with traditional gaming counterparts.
However, operators such as FanDuel are making in the rewards department. Rivals such as DraftKings and Rush Street Interactive enhanced and streamlined their loyalty offerings last year, indicating there’s vibrant competition on this front in the interactive gaming space.
