- Former supervisor alleges persistent sexual harassment at Palms Casino
- Complaint cites retaliation after reporting misconduct to managers
- Federal lawsuit includes emotional distress and wrongful termination
A former floor supervisor at the Palms has filed suit accusing the casino and its management of repeated sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, claims which have now been removed from state court to federal court.

Plaintiff Tinesha Wickliffe alleges a long history of sexual misconduct and discriminatory practices during her employment.
‘Lewd Behavior’
Wickliffe says she was hired as a card dealer at the Palms on or about May 27, 2022, and later promoted to Dual Rate Floor Supervisor. She claims that starting in October 2022, a supervisor identified as Ray Del Vega began sexually harassing her.
Among the allegations: he allegedly asked her, while she was bent over retrieving printed material, “if she wanted to go down on him,” imitating oral sex.
She also claims that in November 2022 he stared at her breasts and made a lewd comment, and in January 2023 he groped her behind.
After reporting the incidents to female supervisor Noreliza Cailles, Wickliffe alleges the Palms took no meaningful action. She requested to be moved away from Del Vega. While her direct supervisor “Felix” granted her request, a higher manager, Mitchell Harper, overruled it on orders said to come from the Director of Table Games, according to the complaint. Wickliffe claims she was told she was “being too sensitive” and not believed.
Wickliffe further alleges retaliation. Following her complaints, she was over‑supervised, given harsher terms for attendance (including a disciplinary note about missed shifts over six months earlier), denied breaks, scheduled on less lucrative shifts, publicly humiliated by management, and demoted back to dealer status, according to the complaint.
‘Gaslighting’ Management
She also alleges she was fed “false information” by management, such as that a video existed that disproved her claims, according to the lawsuit.
“Defendants pretended they had a video that showed that Ms. Wickliffe was not assaulted when she complained she was,” reads the complaint. “Ms. Wickliffe’s employer, Palms Casino, who had a duty of care to protect her from sexual harassment they knew was happening, decided to gaslight Ms. Wickliffe with false information. Ms. Wickliffe is a woman of moral propriety and faith and was incensed and burdened by Defendant’s extreme and outrageous lies.”
Ultimately, she resigned, alleging constructive discharge, because conditions became intolerable.
Her complaint alleges sexual discrimination and harassment, hostile work environment harassment, retaliation in violation of Nevada law, wrongful constructive termination in violation of public policy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Damages sought include compensatory, consequential, and punitive damages, as well as attorneys’ fees, lost wages, emotional distress, and other relief.
Palms has not yet filed a legal response and did not reply to a request for comment by publication time.
