  • Fanatics Casino has debuted WrestleMania: Road to Gold
  • The online slot is available for real money play in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia

Fanatics Casino tag teamed with the WWE last year for various pro wrestling-themed slots. The iGaming platform said players wanted more, leading to this week’s rollout of the most immersive WWE slot game yet.

Today, Fanatics launched WrestleMania: Road to Gold, a new online casino game for real money that includes the star power of 20 marquee wrestlers, including fan-favorites Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley. Fanatics tells Casino.org that after fielding comments on the iGaming platform’s WWE offerings, the company regrouped with TKO Holdings and White Hat Studios to develop an interactive game that gives players even more of what they want.

That includes the unmistakable voice of Michael Cole, the play-by-play commentator who is now engulfed in the WrestleMania: Road to Gold slot.

WWE is a worldwide entertainment phenomenon, and the energy of the brand has been captured perfectly in WrestleMania: Road to Gold. This new WWE-branded experience on Fanatics Casino reflects our strategy to leverage the power of Fanatics intellectual property assets to offer customers a premium, differentiated experience,” said Conor Grant, president and casino at Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

The WWE slots game comes ahead of WrestleMania’s return to Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. The event is set for April 18-19. Since the WWE is scripted entertainment, no sportsbooks take bets on the outcomes of matches or major events like WrestleMania.

Fanatics iGaming

Fanatics Casino’s WWE slots are available in regulated markets where it operates its iGaming platform, including in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

In Michigan, Fanatics runs its online casino through a partnership with the Lac Vieux Desert Resort Casino. The Fanatics Casino generated gross gaming revenue of $136.7 million in 2025. That ranked sixth among the 15 licensed iGaming operators. MotorCity’s FanDuel led the way at $768.1 million. MGM Grand Detroit’s BetMGM was second at $735.5 million.

In New Jersey, the second richest online casino state behind Michigan, Fanatics Casino, licensed to conduct iGaming through its partnership with Bally’s Atlantic City, generated GGR of $92.2 million. That ranked eighth among the 29 online gaming brands. FanDuel (Golden Nugget) was first at $655.5 million. DraftKings (Resorts) was second at $569.7 million.

WWE Popularity

The WWE is currently experiencing a significant surge in popularity, with some observers labeling it wrestling’s “Renaissance.” The league’s Netflix deal, which brought WWE RAW to the streaming network beginning in January 2025, has reached a wider audience and brought in new fans.

WrestleMania 39 in 2023 in Inglewood, CA, set an all-time record for attendance with 161,892 tickets sold for the two nights. Last year’s WrestleMania counted 124,693 fans during the two days.
