I found a good variety of customer support options at TonyBet, such as 24/7 live chat, an email address, a contact form, social media, and FAQs. I would always recommend going through a live chat service first, but you do have to navigate AI responses before speaking to a human agent. 

During my testing, I dropped a support message through the online contact form, as they advertise responses within 24 hours. Fortunately, the first response back came within just a couple of hours, and it wasn’t long before I was on my way with an answered query.

The biggest downside is the lack of phone support, especially if a payment issue did arise.
