Panty-Dropper Cocktail of the Day: Amalfi Sunset at TI
Today’s social lubricant can be found at Phil’s Italian Steakhouse at Treasure Island. It’s the Amalfi Sunset.
The Amalfi Sunset ($11) features limoncello (an Italian lemon liqueur made in Southern Italy), Compari (an apéritif, as if we actually know what that is), Prosecco (an Italian sparkling white wine) and a splash of soda.
The Amalfi Sunset was so light and zippy, we expect we’ll return to Phil’s Italian Steakhouse to check out their meat soon.
