The live chat is always nice to have, but it’s partially automated. You have to speak with an AI chatbot before you can talk to a real person. There’s no guaranteed way to connect with a real person, either, so you can end up going round in circles for a bit before being transferred to a human. 

After you’re transferred, the wait times can be pretty long. Most other casinos connect you with staff in less than a minute, such as Tooniebet. I regularly waited longer than that here. One time, I was kicked out of the chat after waiting for 20+ minutes and had to restart the whole process. Another time, I connected with a human after waiting for 10 minutes. After asking my simple question, they told me to try again in half an hour when a specialist was available. 

I didn’t have as many problems reaching out by email, but it obviously takes longer to hear back. You should expect to wait up to 48 hours. I was also disappointed by the FAQs. There is an app, but it’s not available in Canada. This is unfortunate, but, in my experience, it’s honestly very common with offshore betting sites since they aren’t licensed in Canada. However, even without an app, MelBet casino is an excellent option for mobile users. 

The mobile version isn’t just a one-for-one copy of the desktop site. There are minor design tweaks and streamlined features that make it very easy to use on mobile. Not all online casinos optimize their mobile sites like this, so I really appreciate it when it does.

I also really like that there is no noticeable difference in the number of games available or gameplay speed. Pages load quickly, games don’t lag, and this casino works on iOS, Android, and tablets.
