Wynn’s Refreshing Its Fairway Villas, They’re Sexy AF

There are Las Vegas resorts, then there’s Wynn Las Vegas. Whatever bar exists for fancy, Wynn just seems to point at the bar and laugh, saying, “Hold our beer.” Or something fancier than beer. “Hold our Henri IV Dudognon Heritage Cognac,” Wynn says.

The Strip resort is renovating its Fairway Villas, things we didn’t know exist until we saw the gorgeous photos, but there are 34 of them and they’re glorious.

While we can’t personally afford to stay in Wynn’s Fairway Villas ($4,633/night for a one bedroom, $6,326 for two bedrooms), we are entitled to some FOMO, so let’s collectively participate in some of that, shan’t we?

Despite there being a mirrored ceiling, do not have unprotected sex on the furniture, and by that we mean put some towels down, you savage.

The villa redesign was mostly the work of Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design and Development, a guy with so much talent he was the first person to ever have two first names.

If you ever want to feel like an unsophisticated rube, spend some time in the company of Todd-Avery Lenahan.

You might feel like you’re not an unsophisticated rube, but if you didn’t know “unsophisticated rube” is redundant, you are an unsophisticated rube.

That said, Todd-Avery Lenahan has more taste than all the rest of us put together.

Yes, there are mirrors over the dining room table as well. You’re going to need more towels. And possibly a first aid kit.

According to Travel + Leisure, Wynn’s Fairway Villas come complete with butlers. “Guests arrive via a private drive, where they are met by a butler, ready to unpack their wardrobe, press their clothes and remain on hand 24 hours a day throughout their stay. The butlers provide highly personalized service, offering to fetch anything guests may need, from meals at any of the resort’s 20-plus restaurants to any other request, such as a last-minute reservation at the celebrity-favored lounge and fine-dining restaurant Delilah.”

How we have managed to slog through our Las Vegas hotel stays without butlers, we will never know.

Wynn just sort of exists in an alternate reality.

Lenahan is especially proud of “the eye-catching multimillion-year-old crystals outside each villa entryway, handpicked for their high glam and prehistoric allure.”

Our home’s entryway features a door mat from roughly the same time Menudo’s popularity peaked.

Wynn forewent the the typical cuck chair configuration. You’ll manage.

According to Travel + Leisure, “In addition to the luxurious accommodations, a stay here includes a welcome gift, a $200 daily breakfast credit, early check-in and late check-out based on availability, transportation to and from the airport, access to the spa wet area and VIP access throughout the resort. Each villa also includes a full wet bar with bone china and a table set for eight.”

Wynn resort is so classy, we aren’t even going to make a “bone china” joke.

To further pad our story, let’s look at some additional highlights of the Fairway Villas at Wynn Las Vegas.

Villas feature a King pillow-top Wynn Dream Bed with 507-thread-count linens. Yes, there are people on staff at Wynn to count the threads. If there fewer than 507, heads roll.

There are 60-inch HDTVs in each bedroom and 80-inch living room HDTVs with Blu-ray DVD players.

Forget to bring your Blu-rays? Suddenly having a butler doesn’t seem all that ridiculous. “Archibald, fetch us a copy of ‘Blade Runner’ immediately!” Thirty minutes later, “Archibald! That’s the U.S. theatrical cut! We wanted the director’s cut! Who do you think we are, an unsophisticated rube?”

The marble bathrooms have rain showers and infinity-edged bathtubs, as well as Dyson hairdryers. The villas also have Nespresso coffee makers.

Yes, Dyson makes hairdryers and vacuum cleaners, anything related to blowing or sucking. Please note we are not going to include a Steve Wynn joke here. It’s called maturity and restraint.

The pièce de résistance? (We hate accent marks, but we’re making an exception for Wynn.)

Wynn Fairway Villas have twice-daily housekeeping with nightly turndown service.

It’s refreshing to hear we aren’t the only one being turned down nightly.

The renovation of Wynn’s Fairway Villas is expected to be complete by the end of 2025. If you’re booking one of these villas, be sure to ask if you’re getting one of the renovated rooms.

Old-timey black-and-white photos not included. Unless you ask the butler.

Fun fact: Fairway Villas are non-smoking. The official site says, “For designated non-smoking rooms, there is a cleaning fee of up to $1,500 charged for smoking.”

Despite the proximity to the Wynn golf course, you don’t have to play golf to stay in the rooms. The green fees are $750 a round, which we’d rather see go to a gratuity for your butler instead of donning idiotic pants, getting heat stroke in the Vegas sun or taking part in “fore” play.

Again, put a towel down, rube.
