Much-Anticipated Corner Store Gets Opening Date at Cosmopolitan

The Corner Store, the wildly popular New York restaurant headed to Cosmopolitan, has an opening date: Nov. 9, 2026.

Reservations are open now. It’s unclear if you can pre-order the pizza rolls, but we’re going to try them come hell or high water.

The Corner Store is the first expansion of the SoHo restaurant from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and Catch Hospitality Group. Yes, that Tilman Fertitta. The one buying Caesars Entertainment. He must not get a lot of sleep. He’s also the ambassador to Italy or whatever.

They haven’t released any official renderings or interior photos yet, so this is our best guess.

Corner Store’s culinary program will be overseen by Chef Michael Vignola. He’ll be working with Las Vegas Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo.

Bernardo previously served as executive chef of Catch Steak in New York, where he worked alongside Vignola. The pair are apparently reuniting for The Corner Store at Cosmo.

The Corner Store opened in SoHo (a fashionable neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, New York City) in late 2024 and quickly attracted attention from celebrities and influencers who made it nearly impossible to get a reservation.

Some of the celebrities who are not shy about their love of Corner Store: Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Gigi Hadid, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sofia Vergara, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Hailey Bieber and Timothee Chalamet.

The Las Vegas location takes over the former Blue Ribbon American Grill & Oyster Bar space on Cosmo’s third floor.

The Corner Store menu is described as “elevated American classics,” by which, we assume, they mean the prices.

We kid because we love and would appreciate not being 86’d before our first pizza roll, thanks, Tilman.

They don’t have to be “rolls,” per se. There’s no rule about that.

Signature dishes include Lobster & Caviar Rolls, the aforementioned Five Cheese Pizza Rolls with whipped ranch, a Caesar salad with everything bagel croutons and cream cheese croquettes and a Wagyu French Dip made with ribeye slow-roasted for 72 hours.

The pizza rolls feature taleggio, mozzarella, ricotta, raclette and Parmesan. We aren’t obsessed, you’re obsessed.

The Vegas location will also have an expanded steak program dubbed “The Butcher’s Counter,” including a Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and Wagyu Porterhouse, along with crudos, salads and larger-format dishes for sharing. We are happy to share the meat, but touch our pizza rolls and your hand could come back a bloody stump, fair warning.

The cocktail program is heavy on martinis, including the Tomato Martini and Sour Cream & Onion Martini from the New York location.

The restaurant was designed by Rockwell Group, which also designed the original Corner Store.

The Cosmo version will have a main bar, a separate Martini Room with a green onyx bar, a dining room inspired by vintage train cars and a private dining room for up to 24 people.

The Corner Store will be open seven nights a week, Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until “late.”

The Corner Store should garner some serious buzz, and can only help the restaurant offerings at Cosmo.

More to come, pizza rollwise.
