- Bet365 has acquired One Platte in Denver
- The iGaming and sportsbook company established its Denver office in September 2024
- One Platte was sold for $135 million
Last September, bet365 picked Denver as its United States headquarters, with its primary office being located at 1701 Platte Street. Known as One Platte, the United Kingdom-based iGaming and sports betting giant has since bought the workplace complex.

The Denver Business Journal reports that the London gaming operator recently agreed to purchase One Platte for $135 million. The seller of the nearly 249K-square-foot building is Shorenstein, a real estate investment group based in San Francisco.
Situated in downtown Denver along Interstate 25 on Platte Street, one of Denver’s most dynamic and vibrant commercial neighborhoods, the office structure is LEED and WIRED certified and nearly occupied. Along with office space, the building’s amenities include two retail shops, a fitness center with showers and locker rooms, a lobby area, and a multipurpose event center. Numerous restaurants and apartments are within walking distance, as is Commons Park.
Bet365 occupies 119,300 square feet at One Platte. As of April, the building was 88% leased.
Bet365’s US Business
Bet365 is among the most recognized bookmakers overseas. Stateside, the company has had a tougher go in securing market share and name recognition against sports betting leaders like FanDuel and DraftKings.
In continuing its focus on the budding US sports betting market, Denver lured bet365 with more than $14 million in tax credits over eight years. Bet365 has already brought hundreds of jobs to the Colorado capital since opening its One Platte office last fall. The company plans to have almost 1,000 employees in Denver in the coming years.
Bet365 is a licensed sportsbook in 13 states — Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. The company also offers iGaming through the bet365 app in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Casino.org reported in May that bet365 and Fanatics continue to make headway in the online sports betting market, largely at the expense of BetMGM and Caesars Sportsbook.
Bet365 is a member of the Sports Betting Alliance, a nonprofit group that lobbies state lawmakers to pass both online sports betting and casino gaming regulations.
Indiana Fever Pact
In separate bet365 news, the sportsbook today announced a deal with the Indiana Fever to become the WNBA team’s Official Sportsbook Sponsor for the 2025 season.
We’re excited to team up with bet365 and bring fans a premium mobile sports betting experience,” said Fever Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Amber Cox. “This partnership is all about creating more ways for fans to connect with our team from tipoff through to the final buzzer.”
The Fever is the most-watched and most-bet WNBA team, thanks largely to having Caitlin Clark. The NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer, Clark has been sidelined since late May with a left quadriceps strain.
The bet365 deal allows the sportsbook to offer “fan-focused features that will be integrated across the Fever’s media and game day experience,” the release explained.
