- Accel Entertainment is acquiring Nevada route operation assets of Dynasty Games
- Buyer says deal will lift 2026 earnings
Accel Entertainment (NYSE: ACEL) said today its Century Gaming Technologies Nevada unit is acquiring the route operation assets of Dynasty Games, boosting its footprint in Northern Nevada.

Financial terms of the transaction weren’t revealed, but Accel did say the acquisition will be accretive to its 2026 financial results. Not only does the purchase add to Accel’s exposure in the northern part of the Silver State, it could enhance the buyer’s popular “Gamblers Bonus” rewards program.
The acquisition expands Accel’s Northern Nevada platform with 20 new active locations, two additional locations pending regulatory approval, and approximately 123 electronic gaming terminals,” according to a statement. “The transaction is expected to leverage Accel’s operational expertise, data analytics, and Gamblers Bonus Loyalty Program to enhance customer engagement and drive incremental growth over the coming years.”
Chicago-based Accel said that as of the end of the third quarter, it had 2,757 gaming devices across 370 Nevada locations.
Nevada Route Deal Could Lift Accel Entertainment
On Accel’s third-quarter earnings conference call last month, CEO Andrew Rubenstein announced the completion of a $900 million senior secured credit facility, which bolstered the company’s balance sheet and liquidity. That move may have made it easier for it to proceed with the acquisition of Dynasty Games.
Accel’s business model is easy to understand. It distributes video gaming terminals (VGTs) in businesses such as restaurants, bars, taverns, convenience stores, liquor stores, truck stops, and grocery stores. Six years ago, the company operated in just one state. Now it’s up to six and growing in the gaming mecca that is Nevada.
“This transaction strengthens Accel’s Nevada market presence, establishing new operations in Gardnerville, Verdi, Dayton, Fernley, Stagecoach, and Sun Valley,” said Rubenstein in the press release. “Combined with our existing footprint in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, Wells, Spring Creek, and Carlin, Accel now operates the most comprehensive and scaled route coverage in the state — a competitive advantage that is expected to drive continued growth and new location development.”
Analysts are bullish on Accel as all three covering the stock rate it the equivalent of “strong buy” with an average price target of $16, implying upside of 54.44% from today’s closing print.
Accel Entertainment Could Be Rebound Candidate
Accel has a clear growth profile, but the shares are inexpensive because investors typically don’t assign lofty multiples to distributed gaming operations. It’s worth noting that distributed gaming has historically held up well in periods of economic weakness.
Additionally, Accel’s Nevada footprint isn’t reliant on the volatile Las Vegas Strip — a potential positive for the shares at a time when the US casino center is still grappling with reduced visitation.
