1. THE PROMOTION
1.1 The promoter of "Replay Poker Online Series" or “RPOS” ("the Promotion") is Replay Gaming Ltd.
1.2 The Promotion is only available to players with a Replay Poker account.
1.3 Taking part in the Promotion represents acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as the Replay Poker Site Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are located at www.replaypoker.com/terms ("the Site").
1.4 The Promotion starts at 00:00 ET on Monday, August 5th 2013 and ends upon completion of the last Replay Poker Online Series event on Sunday, September 8th 2013 ("the Period").
1.5 In order to participate in this Promotion, players must take part in at least one Replay Poker Online Series event or satellite.
2. ONLINE SERIES
2.1 The Online Series will be held from September 1st to September 8th, 2013.
2.2 The Online Series is composed of 16 tournaments (“Events”) over 8 days.
2.3 Each day of the Online Series, there will be 2 scheduled events at 15:00 ET and 22:00 ET.
2.4 Each tournament requires a minimum of 2 players in order to start.
3. GUARANTEED PRIZES
3.1 The Online Series has a total guarantee of 20,000,000 in chips.
3.2 Each of the 16 events has a guaranteed prize pool between 500,000 chips and 5,000,000 chips.
3.3 If the total buy-ins of all players is less than the tournament guarantee, Replay Poker will add the remaining chips to the tournament prize pool in order to match it.
4. SATELLITE FEVER
4.1 The Satellite Fever promotion starts from Monday, August 5th 2013 and will be running until Sunday, September 8th 2013.
4.2 The Satellite Fever promotion awards prizes on a weekly basis.
4.3 The Satellite Fever weeks are scheduled from Mondays 0:00 ET to Sundays 23:59 ET.
4.4 From Monday, August 5th 2013 until the end of the Replay Poker Online Series promotion, players who win the most Red Tokens in a week will be awarded with Replay Poker play chips.
4.5 Week Standings will be updated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays early morning (US Eastern Time)
4.6 Each week, players with the most red tokens will be rewarded with the following chips prizes:

4.7 Red Tokens cannot be exchanged for Replay Poker play chips. They may only be used to register for a Replay Poker Online Series event or will be forfeited at the end of the promotion period.
4.8 If multiple players finish the week equals with the same number of red tokens earned, prize(s) will be shared equally between them.
5. LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
5.1 The League of Legends promotion happens during the Replay Poker Online Series from Sunday September 1st 2013 to Sunday September 8th 2013.
5.2 The League of Legends is a tournament leaderboard promotion rewarding the players with chips prizes for their performance during the Replay Poker Online Series events.
5.3 Players will be awarded points based on their performance in the RPOS tournaments they play and these points will go towards their final score in the League of Legends.
5.4 The Leaderboard calculations will be done with the following formula:
(1000 × (√Runners)/√ (Finishing Position))× (1, 01+log10 (buyin))
5.5 At the end of the promotion, League of Legends top finishers will be rewarded as below:

5.6 The League of Legends' leaderboard will be visible on the League of Legends promotion page and updated on a daily basis from the first day of the Replay Poker Online Series on Monday September 1st 2013.
6. OTHERS TERMS
6.1 Players not entitled to play due to local legislation are excluded from this Promotion.
6.2 The winner(s) agree to allow Replay Poker to use their username, player profile, image and location on the Site and/ or on any associated websites managed and/or operated by Replay Gaming Ltd without remuneration being due to any player. This includes any marketing materials connected with Replay Poker to publicize this and future promotions and other Replay Poker activities.
6.3 In the event of a service crash or a disruption, games for the affected day will be re-run at the discretion of Replay Poker. Replay Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a game will be re-run. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues, Replay Poker reserves the right to resolve the issues as it sees fit. In cases of prolonged downtime, Replay Poker reserves the right to change the dates or extend the period of the Promotion.
6.4 Replay Poker cannot be held responsible for any network disconnections (such as a fold/timeout) suffered during the Promotion.
6.5 Replay Poker reserves the right to refuse entry to this Promotion to any player or to change or withdraw this / or part of this Promotion or to change or withdraw the Prize(s) at any time.
6.6 Replay Poker reserves the right to amend the rules of any tournament within the Promotion and/or to amend the rules of the Promotion at any time.
6.7 Replay Poker reserves the right to amend the Replay Poker Site Rules at any time.
6.8 Replay Poker shall not be liable for failure of performance due to causes beyond its control, including any circumstances generally falling within the definition of 'force majeure.'
6.9 In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail.
6.10 Replay Poker’s decision is final in all matters of dispute.
