Q: How did you get involved in writing about casinos?

I used to be a sports journalist covering football, and a lot of gambling sites and casinos sponsor both the teams and the sites that write about them. Betting has always excited me, and from there, it was a small step into the world of casinos. I've now been writing about them for three and a half years.

Q: What was your best gambling experience?

Probably my biggest poker win, which was making a run in an event at EPT Paris in 2023. I used to live in Paris and it's my favourite destination for poker - hopefully I'll go all the way there one day.

Q: What was your worst gambling experience?

Definitely the 2024 Edinburgh GUKPT poker main event, missing out on getting into the last few of the biggest tournament in my home country by losing on the river with Queens versus Ace-King.

Q: What's your favourite casino game to play?

Tough choice! Online, video poker is a big hit with me because of the high RTP. At a real casino, I also like craps because of the social aspect.
